Gaara's POV
I stood in the courtyard, by the fountain, waiting for her. She would be here any minute, I was sure of it. She was never late to school. Not since Pre-kindergarten.
I sighed heavily as a few girls passed me, smiling and winking. They sickened me.
Why do girls like me?
One girl approached, sitting beside me on the fountain's stone edge.
"What are you waiting for? Me?" she smiled, what she thought to be, brilliantly.
"Not you. Go away," I said coldly, hoping to chase her away.
She scowled and left.
Then I saw someone with hair pulled back into a ponytail, wearing a thick jacket and long boyish khaki pants, large black boots on their feet, their eyes were blocked by eyeglasses that distorted them to change them. I got up and walked over to them.
"Hey Kichigai."
Kichigai's POV
I hoped nobody would notice me. I dressed like a boy on my first day of school to keep people from noticing me. But of course, of all people, Gaara-sama would notice me.
"Hey Kichigai," he said quietly, looking into my eyes.
"Shhh! Gaara-sama! Someone's gonna hear my name and recognize me!"
"Just because you're a model now, doesn't mean people are gonna notice you."
"Yes they will!" I cleared my throat to sound like a boy. "Now let's get to class. I don't wanna be late on my first day."
"If people think you're a boy, then how are people gonna know we're dating?"
"I didn't plan that. We could meet in the custodian's closet?"
He sighed and my eyes softened. I was making him irritated, I just knew it.
To my surprise, he raised his head and smiled his charming, quiet smile, then took my hand. We walked up the pavement to the school, then broke left, bringing me to the back of the building where nobody was. He pushed me to the wall, holding my hands above my head as he used his free hand to unbutton my jacket. His non-existent eyebrows pulled together once he noticed that I looked slightly smaller in my chest area.
"Ehe~he…" I laughed quietly, looking down and away.
His non-existant eyebrow raised in question, and I read his expression.
"It's ace bandage."
"Ah," he said quietly and didn't hesitate to begin to unbutton my shirt and remove the chafing bandages from my large chest.
I don't blush as much anymore, being around him, even bare.
Gaara's POV
"There. That's much better. And take those foolish glasses off, you probably can't see, and you'll damage your eyes."
"Actually…I got these from a cosplay sight online, they're not prescription."
"So? I want to see your beautiful eyes."
I removed them from her face and put them in my messenger bag. I looked back up at her brilliant eyes.
"Beautiful," I muttered.
I re-buttoned up her shirt and removed her jacket fully, putting it in my messenger bag as well.
"There. You look perfect."
"I look like a girl."
"Exactly," I took her hand and we walked back around to the front of the school and into the building.
We had all our classes together, so the day was eventful.
Holding hands when the teacher turned around, passing love notes, sneaking into the janitor's closet and making out.
I love school.
