I was watching WHEN STARWARS RULED THE UNIVERSE last night, and this story has been stuck in my head ever since, which isn't a long time, I know, but I had some free time, so I'm proving how much of a geek I trully am. This is a bit of a cross between Starwars and Stargate Atlantis and just kinda fluff. It takes place a little after the season finale and may or may not be a one-shot. Probably not a sequel to any of my other work, although ideas are brewing for that, so please read, review, and enjoy.

A Galaxy Far, Far Away?

"So, I couldn't get to sleep last night, and I had some random thoughts," Major Sheppard said as he attached his walkie-talkie to his vest.
"And what were those random thoughts, Major Sheppard?" Teyla asked, inserting the clip into her P-90.
"I was thinking how much Jenni sounds like Jeddi, and then I began wondering if there really is a galaxy far, far away, or at least elements of it."
"That's impossible. It all came out of George Lucas's head and none of it's real," McKay interjected.
"Maybe that's just what they want you to think," Sheppard countered back.
"What is this Jeddi, who is this George Lucas character, and what does it have to do with a galaxy far, far away?" Teyla questioned, looking from her CO to the loud-mouthed scientist on her team.
"Do you remember Star Wars?" Sheppard asked, seeing her nod, he continued, "It's all from that."
"Please! It's a fictional account of something that could never have happened. Now can we all please focus on this mission?" McKay practically shouted.
"Fine, fine, where are we going?" Shepard grumbled.
"H9J-327. Ever been there Teyla?" Ford said as they walked towards the gate.
"No. It is too cold for my people's taste," Teyla answered as they walked through the gate and reappeared in an icy domain, white capped mountains surrounding them and the temperature well below 30.
"Just like Antarctica," Sheppard mumbled, watching the gate shut down. "Anybody live here?"
"Didn't you pay attention during the briefing?" McKay shot at him.
"No. Why would I?"
"Maybe because then you would know the answers to the questions you're so blindly asking."
"Yeah, well, I'm not a suck up like you."
"Um, guys..." Ford whispered. In the midst of their argument, they hadn't noticed that a group of people had surrounded them, dressed in black and brown robes and holding glowing swords.
"See, maybe it can be true. I thought this looked like the planet that Adegan crystals are mined on," Ford mumbled.
"Geek," Sheppard said. "Um, may the force be with you?"
