It started like any other day. Calvin rose early, he ate 4 bowls of chocolate frosted sugar bombs then ran outside looking for an adventure, came in had lunch, watched T.V. for 2 hours, complained about dinner then he watched some more T.V. Nothing good was on so he turned to the news. Apparently there was supposed to be a major meteor shower tonight. He begged his mom to let him stay and watch, but he had to clean his room. He carried Hobbes up the stairs and went into his room. His mom opened the door and said.

"Now don't just stuff everything in your closet, that just makes more mess."

Then she turned around left the room and shut the door. The moment she left, Hobbes stood up and jumped on the bed.

"Get to work!" Hobbes yelled.

"Don't you want to see the meteor shower."

"Why don't you clean it?" Calvin asked.

"Tigers are allergic to cleaning things." Hobbes explained.

After an hour Calvin finally finished cleaning his room. When he went downstairs he saw his parents.

"Sorry Calvin. But you can't watch them from outside, you will have a fine view from your window." Dad said.

Calvin walked back upstairs and dashed into his room. He threw open the window and climbed out on the roof. Hobbes climbed out after and brought a blanket and they sat watching the stars. Then little streaks of light started appearing. A huge group of the streaks flew directly towards earth. A huge ball of light flew past them all and seemed to land in the nearby forest. They might be aliens. Calvin thought. So he ran inside and put on his Spaceman Spiff costume. Then Calvin took the blanket and jumped off the roof.

"GERONIMO!" Calvin yelled.

CRUNCH!

Calvin had completely obliterated the ornamental bushes. Hobbes jumped down and landed directly on Calvin. Calvin got up and dashed towards the forest. Little balls of light landed around him shooting out big colored crystals. Calvin barely noticed as he ran forward to find the aliens. In the center of the forest he found a crushed spacecraft and a large floating star. Then he finally noticed the massive diamonds laying around him. He picked up a blue one and his and seemed to absorb it. He began collecting the other crystals then he heard something. He looked up and a huge floating pirateship was directly above him. A small brown mushroom with legs jumped off the ship and landed in front of him. The creature dashed forward at full speed and rammed into Calvin sending him flying. He pointed his fist forward and a small ball of energy shot out of his hand. When it hit the creature it fell over and landed on its head clearly dizzy. Calvin ran up to it and kicked it sending it upwards. When it landed it blew up and shot three crystals out. Calvin collected the crystals and looked back at the ship. A creature taller than he was jumped out. It had horns red hair and pointy teeth. It pulled its bandanna over its face and walked towards Calvin.

"We didn't expect resistance from this galaxy, you should leave now before someone gets hurt." It said.

Hobbes jumped out from behind the creature and landed on its head. That seemed to injure it.

"Kamek!" The creature called.

"Get out here and teach these guys a lesson."

A flying turtle wizard flew out and pulled out a wand. It shot a spell at Calvin sending him flying into the cosmos. Then it did the same for Hobbes.
