Love Beautful
Kurama didn't look up from the paper he was writing, even when he heard the very soft sound of shoes on his window sill. The Kitsune smiled, and without looking up or turning around, greeted his visitor. "Hello Hiei."
"Hn." Was his only response. Kurama chuckled and continued to write. Minuets passed in a comfortable silence, something both was accustomed too. After several minuets passed, Hiei asked, "What are you writing?"
Kurama sat his pen down softly, and turned to face the small fire demon.
"It's for a creative writing class I have."
"Hn." Hiei grunted, and he seemed to be waiting.
Soon Hiei turned his head to look straight into the fox demon's eyes. "About?"
Kurama smiled and chuckled softly. "The pleasure of love."
"Hn. Stupid fox." Kurama chuckled into his hand.
He then stood and Hiei regarded him coolly.
"Sick of it yet?"
"No...but I'm finished." Kurama then walked to his door, and turned to glance at the smaller demon once again.
"Would you like something to eat or drink?"
"No."
Once the youko had left the room, Hiei looked outside disinterestedly.
He glanced at his tree, then slowly he gazed towards Kurama's paper.
He moved over to it, and scanned it. Something caught his interest so he read.
"Love, even between sinful beings in beautiful.
A blossom, a bloom, like a rose. After all, we are all sinful creatures. Love can be pure though, it is a strong emotion, and can grip you with it's vice. I love. I love my mother, my close friends, and someone else. However sinful, they and I are in love, and out love can still be pure. Love is powerful like that. It can open the vast sky, and create..."
"What do you think?" A soft voice asked. Hiei turned quickly, coming face to face with the writer. He snorted, annoyed that he should have been able to sense the redheads approach. "I take it you like it?" Kurama smiled, and Hiei sat back on the bed with annoyance.
"You wrote about love?" Hiei asked drearily.
"Yes." "Hn."
Kurama sat beside the dark warrior. "I wrote about you."
"Hn."
Kurama chuckled, and wrapped an arm around the short warrior.
"Having you makes love beautiful."
Hiei said nothing, and then glances at the Youko.
"Same to you, stupid fox."
Kurama smiled and rested his head against the shorter boy's.
Love truly was a lovely thing.
