Meicoomon escaped from the digital world and went into the human world through a portal that he found. He was on the radar of data squad for a couple of months. Meicoomon came to the digital world for a couple of reasons, 1: wanting to know what humans were like. 2: wanting an adventure. 3: he's been wanting to get out of digital world for a while. So he was currently in a darkened ally way in the day time. Meicoomon was trying to find food without someone finding him. Then he saw someone out of the ordinary. He peaked out to make no one was watching him before he walked out to take a closer look. The girl was wearing a checkered turquoise long tube top with a orange belt on her hips and teal pants. Her outfit also included white wrist to elbow sleeves with turquoise cuffs. Her shoes were turquoise sneakers with navy blue soles. Her dark blue waist length hair was held together by twin tails with two orange hair ties. Meicoomon was about to touch her leg when "there he is, someone get him" the girl yelled. Meicoomon quickly tapped her leg because her was scared of getting caught. Musa stopped and looked at him before bending over to pick him up. She bent down and picked him, Meicoomon felt this weird energy flow through him. A girl with dark magenta hair with magenta hair, her outfit consisted of a hot pink-and-white half-sleeve jacket with two yellow upside down triangle marks on the chest, a short darker pink jumpsuit with a partially white collar underneath, a white belt with a light pink buckle, and high-heeled white boots. "Thank you for catching him for me, you don't know how hard it was to find and to catch him" the girl told her.
Musa's pov
"Why did you need to catch him? Did he do something wrong?" I asked her. "Yes his has, he's been going around town disturbing the peace of the people. I need to take him back to headquarters in order to send him back to the digital world. A place where he belongs" she explained to me. "I believe he deserves another chance. He doesn't seem like he would do something like that, it might have some other animal and your just putting the blame on him" I told her taking a step away from her. "He's not a normal cat, it's very dangerous digimon that isn't supposed to be here" the girl told me. "How do it know you're not lying to me" I asked her. "My name is Yoshino Fujieda. I work for the organization called dats where we return rouge digimon to the digital world" she explained to me as she showed me her badge. "I'm not handing him over" I told her. I felt like I needed to protect him for some reason. It was like we had this connection that was always there. It also felt like if I kept him with me, we would go far. I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard a sigh come from her. I watched as she pushed a button on something in her ear. "Why are you protecting me?" I heard a voice, it wasn't Yoshi's. I turned around to see who was talking to me. "Down here" I heard the voice again. I looked down at the cat that I was holding. "So can you answer my question now?" he asked. "Wait you can talk?" I asked almost dropping him. "Yeah now answer" I could tell that he was getting impatient with me. "Well I guess you can say that I feel you and me have potential if we stick together" I told him. I didn't hear a response from him after that, "you're coming with me" I heard Yoshi say. I turned back around "why" I didn't know why I had to go with her. "I don't have time for this, just follow me" Yoshi instructed while running past me. I stood there for a minute debating whether I should listen to her or not.
I decided that I was going to follow her. I stared running after her, I held on the cat as I ran so that I wouldn't drop him. soon we found her by some police officers, they were by this park that was guarded off by police tape. I made my over there so that i could get through but one of the officers stopped my before I could go any further. "We cant let you through there" one of them said. "Why cant i go?" I asked. "Its dangerous for you to go in there by yourself" he told me. Suddenly the both of them pulled their hands back quickly. I saw that their hands had marks on them and that they were bleeding. "GO!" I heard my cat yell, I took this change to quickly go through the tape and find Yoshi. I made sure to cast a spell on the officers hands before I got far away. "Why did you do that?" I asked him as I stopped running. "You needed a get in so I did what I do best and distracted them" he said. "You could have do something and not bite them" I told him. "What have you suggested I've done then" he asked as he looked up at me. "Not sure" I trailed off. Soon I walked towards where I saw Yoshi standing. As I got closer, I saw a boy that look no older than 14 years old. I saw that there was a giant lizard thing that was apparently going up against the boy. The boy had light tanned skin and was definitely tall for his age. He had shoulder length auburn hair and olive green eyes. His hair was tied back in a half-ponytail, with bangs framing the sides of his face. His attire consists of a white shirt under an unbuttoned red shirt, blue jeans, and red sneakers with white laces and soles. He wore a rectangular silver pendant on a white string around his neck.
I looked around the area and saw that there was about 15 bodies laying around. "I wonder how did this?" I thought as I sat on the steps. Unfortunately I was talking out loud because "it was raptor one who knocked them out" Yoshi said. "I'm supposed to take all of you back to headquarters" I glanced at her when she said then looked back at the scene in front of me. I watched as they just stood across from each other. "I don't know what you are but you're standing in the middle of my turf" the boy said. "This is my training ground, one day I'll become an ultimate champion fighter. Fans all over will be chanting my name. They'll say Marcus Damon is the best" he added. 'He seems so full of himself but at least he's passionate' I thought to myself. "Is her really trying to pick a fight with a digimon" Yoshi asked. "What does it look like? He's apparently going for it" my cat said. "You can talk!?" she asked him. "Obviously" he stated as he leaned back on me. "Yoshi, raptor 1 will destroy the human" a squeaky voice said. I could tell that bothered my cat because i saw that his ears moved a bit. "Can it and I'll knock you out like I did these guys" Marcus said. "what did you do? talk them to sleep?" the lizard asked. "Hey you, stop right there. You cant fight that digimon. It's too dangerous" Yoshi informed him. "At least give him a chance, see what might happen they fight each other" my cat said. "Don't tell me how to do my job" Yoshi told him. "I'm the dangerous fighter here. Also I don't need someone to hold my hand" Marcus declared. "He's right, this is a fight between me and him. So stay out of this" the lizard said.
I started to tune out the situation and want to get to know the digimon in my lap. "So what are you" I asked him. "My name is Meicoomon, I'm a cat digimon" he said. "Why did you come here?" I asked him. "Well i didn't want to be in the digital world anymore so i came here. Also I was having problems there so I thought if I came here, I would be able restart but I guess not" he said.
Mini time skip
I found what had the squeaky voice, it was Yoshi's digimon called Lalamon. I could tell that Meicoomon didn't like her because of he voice. I watched as Marcus and Agumon escaped from Yoshi. I decided to follow them because I wanted to see where they were going.
Third person
Musa and Meicoomon were finally in the building that Marcus and Agumon were hiding. Musa was hidden behind a corner and was trying to stay as quiet as possible. "I gotta hand it you boss, that was great escape" Agumon said loudly. "Thanks Agumon but there's one thing that worries me. Who are we running away from!?" Marcus asked him. "We'r-" Meicoomon was trying to say but Musa was covering his mouth to keep him quiet. "Are you trying to get us caught" Musa asked him. Meicoomon stopped moving around in her arms. "Please don't let them take me back there boss" Agumon begged Marcus. "Hm? What am I getting myself into this time. I don't know what kind of trouble you're in but I'll help you out" Marcus said. "Oh thank you boss, I'll never ask you for anything again well expect for food. I'm starving" Agumon said as his stomach growled. Meicoomon was able to get out of Musa's arms and walk over to them. "Can't you ever stop thinking about food. Its the first thing that on your mind every time I'm with you" Meicoomon said casually. "Oh it's only you, I thought you were someone else" Agumon said smiling at him. "You know him Agumon" Marcus asked him. "Basically, everyone else thought he was annoy but I didn't, some how" Meicoomon said. Musa got up and slowly emerged from where was hidden and walk over to them. Meicoomon saw her and smirked at her "this is the human that help me not get caught" Meicoomon said. "What do you mean not get caught?" Marcus asked.
"Well stupid, me and Agumon are in the same situation. We're not supposed to be in your world but since I wanted an adventure, I decided to come here. After a few days of causing people trouble, I finally met her" Meicoomon said pointing up to Musa. "Hey, I am not stupid" Marcus said. "Bite me" Meicoomon said. "You need to stop being rude" Musa said. Meicoomon huffed and sat against the wall. He's stomach started to growl, he blushed a bit. "I'm guessing you want food as well" Musa stated. "Yes please" he said shyly. "How are you nice to her but not me" Marcus asked frustrated. "It's because I actually like her" Meicoomon said like it wasn't obvious. "Alright I'll get you something to eat but for now on I'm off the menu. Wait here" Marcus told Agumon. "Thanks boss, thanks a lot" Agumon said happily. "Stay put and don't let anyone hear or see you" Marcus stated before walking off. "Right, I'll wait here" Agumon said. "Stay here and watch over him please" Musa asked. Meicoomon smirked and nodded. Musa followed Marcus to the Marcus to the elevator. They headed to the store in silence until Marcus decided to speak up. "So why does your act the way he does?" He asked her. "Well I'm not fully sure on why he acts rude but I'm guessing that he doesn't like you because he just met you" Musa tried to explain. "How long has he been with you?" Marcus asked. "Since this morning" Musa replied with. "Then he should be rude to you as he is with everyone he meets" Marcus said as they walked into the store. "But he has some type of trust with me since I did in fact help him not get captured" Musa said trying to reason with him.
As time went on, the two what they needed for the digimon "Hmm, I wonder it Agumon/Meicoomon eats any of this stuff" they both thought. "And add this please" Yoshi said bringing them out of thought. She placed a cup of pudding in the basket. "Is that ok? Marcus Damon? Musa?" She asked. After purchasing the items, the trio went outside by a fountain. Yoshi sat next to Marcus with the bag in between them. "Mmm, I love chocolate pudding. It's reminds my of being a little kid again" she said. "You own him a buck" Musa informed her. "Hmm. Tell you what, I'll pay you back if you tell my where raptor 1 and that misfit is" Yoshi was trying to make a deal with them. "We don't know what you're talking about. I have no idea who this raptor 1 is and even if I did there no way I'd be telling you" Marcus tells her. "If we did know where they were, why would we be tell you?" Musa asked. "I see. I'm sorry to here that because now you have to come come with me for witness integration Musa and Marcus" Yoshi said in a tone where it sounded like it she wasn't sorry. "Hey how do w know our names anyway" Marcus asked. "I know everything about you two. Marcus Damon born on April 2 in Tokyo. Blood type b, Ootori middle school 8 grade. Your father disappeared 10 years ago and now you live with your mother, Sarah, and your little Kristy that looks up to you even though you act like a jerk. Do I paint an inaccurate picture. Musa Melody born on May 30th in America. Your mother died at the age of 10. You grew up loving music, you still do but your father wanted nothing to do with it. You have a pet bear back at home" Yoshi started. "Who are you?" Marcus and Musa asked her. "I'm special agent Yoshino Fujieda. I'm with the Digimon data squad" Yoshi stated. "Huh? What do you do?" Marcus asked.
"Our job is to control creatures known as digimon who come here from a place called the digital world. We protect the general public from it" Yoshi explained. "That's a great story doll face but what's it gotta do with us?" Marcus asked. "That digimon you're hiding, I need to get them. Do you know what kind of panic it would cause of then public knew about digimon? Now where are they?" Yoshi asked. "Maybe they went back to the digital world" Musa told her. "Or maybe you're hiding them from me. Anyway digimon don't eat that stuff. They only eat stuff that's specially made for them" Yoshi said as she got up. "Special digimon food!? Where's that?" Musa asked desperately. "You can't buy it in the store. You can only get at out headquarters. If you don't return raptor 1 and the misfit to us, they'll starve to death" Yoshi told them. "Ok, you win. I guess you better show me where you work so that I can do a little grocery shopping" Marcus said in a defeated tone. "Thank you" Yoshi said.
Musa's Pov
Yoshi took us to this building where I guess she worked. Meicoomon was on my mind when I followed Yoshi. I didn't know if he stayed put with Agumon or left and did his own thing. I was snapped back into reality when I heard "My name is Commander Sampson. The data team welcomes you" the man said. "Data team?" I asked. "Interesting that this is the boy that fought against raptor 1 because nothing indicates that he can't fight at that level. Also the girl that protected the misfit she knew nothing about" the small white thing said. "Hey what's with the talking scarf?" Marcus asked. I hit his arm, he looked at me quickly before turning back. "This is Kudamon, he's my digimon partner" Sampson said. "Each human member of days is teamed up with their own digimon. This is mine, Lalamon" Yoshi told us. "So all you have partners?" I asked as I put a hand on my hip. "That's right. Here at dats tamed digimon and humans work together to handle digimon crimes" Sampson said. I saw a green turtle with a helmet come over. He had a tray of tea, he placed the cups on the desk in front of us. "Enjoy" he said. "Thanks" I told him. "I'm not thirsty" I heard Marcus say. I picked up the cup and started to did it. It actually tasted good. "I had enough on this nonsense. There's waiting for me to get back so let's get on with it. Just say what you have to say and stop wasting my time" "Calm down, don't get angry. Weather raptor 1 is safe or not depends on you. We are currently in the mists of an on unprecedented crisis. The wall between the human world and the digital world is starting to collapses. The reason is unknown but the fact that the Digimon are to starting to appear more frequently in the human world more then ever" Sampson explained. "The primary objective is to maintain harmony between the digital world and human world. Therefore the renegades like raptor 1 and the misfit must be kept under control" Kudamon went further to explain. "Why are you keep calling them renegades?" I asked. "Because raptor 1 and the misfit has already entered the human world and made contact to human beings. So they must not go free" Kudamon replied with.
"Please cooperate. The future relationship between humans and digimon depends on you returning raptor 1 and the misfit to us" Yoshi said. "We not really interested in returning" I said. "Why not?" Yoshi asked. "Why not because we don't own you people a single thing" Marcus declared. "I don't know the 'future depends on me' stuff but I do know that Agumon depends on me and nobody has mentioned what he needs. Have you ever thought about why he came to our world in the first place. What if he really didn't have a choice. Maybe things were bad for him back in the digital world. Either way, I need to hear more handing him in. And if he gets into any sorta trouble, I claim full responsibility for his actions. But only if you give me food for him" Marcus asked. Red lights started to blink in the place. "Commander, a digimon has been detected in area D59. A hamburger stand has been attacked by an unknown creature" a girl with purple hair said. "That could be the misfit" Yoshi said. "Hold it, didn't you say digimon can only eat special food. What would Meicoomon attack a hamburger stand for?" I asked. "You didn't give him anything to eat did you?" Yoshi asked me. " No Nothing. So that means he's still hungry and attacking out of hunger" I told her. "Do you now see how hiding them has created a security breach for all of us" Yoshi said. That's when I started to worry even move. So I ran out and ran towards the building that I left Meicoomon. I didn't care about who are calling me. The only that I cared about was Meicoomon's safety. Soon I reached the building and took the elevator up with Marcus. "He's gone. He promised me that he would stay hidden. Where are you Meicoomon" I said. Marcus had a disappointed expressed on. "So this was where you were hiding them. A lot of good it did you because we confirmed it was definitely him who attacked the hamburger stand" Yoshi said. "This is not the time. Honestly just because they made one small mistake doesn't mean for you to being doing this" I told as I made my way to the elevator. "It's my fault, I should have stayed here to make sure nothing happened to him" Marcus said. I pushed the elevator button just because why not.
"Got it. Look Marcus, Musa this is dangerous, so you wait here. Huh?" I heard Yoshi say as the door opened. Me and Marcus got in before Yoshi could. "Hey wait up" she as the door closed on her. The elevator went at a fast pace, like it knew we were in a hurry. We finally got to the first floor and ran outside. "What are you doing!? Agumon, Agumon!" Marcus yelled. "Meicoomon, Meicoomon where are you?" "Boss!? Help!?" I heard Agumon from the left of me. So we turned and saw the Agumon had a trash can on his head. I saw that Meicoomon was with him. "Meicoomon, why did you leave" I asked him as I ran over to him and picked him up. "Well I had to make sure that Agumon didn't get hurt" Meicoomon started. "Why did you attack the hamburger stand?" Marcus asked Agumon asked as he took the trash can off of him. "Huh? I didn't attack anything but hamburger sure sounds good" he said smiling at Marcus. "So I'm guessing you didn't either" I asked the cat. "Nope" he simply put it. "Then what's that?" Marcus asked looking into the fire. "Not really sure Marcus" I said. I watched as a big bird emerged from the fire. "Hey boss, what is that thing?" Agumon asked. "I don't know but I do know is that because of that thing you were blame for something you didn't do by those dats guys" Marcus stated. "What?" Agumon was confused as ever. "Let's go Agumon" Marcus said running into towards the bigger digimon. I watched as Marcus and Agumon started to attack the bird. "Do you know what that thing is?" I asked Meicoomon. "It's a champion level bird digimon called Kokatorimon" Meicoomon said as he tried to get out of my arms. "Where do you think you're going?" I asked. "Going to help friend" he pushed himself out of my arms.
Meicoomon's pov (it's probably going to be short)
I pushed myself out of her arms as I ran towards Kokatorimon. I was going to help a friend even in the end it send me back to the digital world. "Light claw" I said. My claws got longer and was yellow. I made contact with the bird and scratched it. Once I didn't I was knocked down by his wings. I that on Musa's face, it held worry. I knew she was worried about my safety. I believe she's the only one that's ever cared. But I wanted her to have full trust in my me that I was able to do this. So I used light claw on Kokatorimon again but didn't work. He knocked me to the ground. The last thing I saw before closing my eyes was Musa running towards me.
Musa's pov
I ran towards Meicoomon since I saw him got hit. I picked he up and shook him a bit. I wanted to trust that he could this but him getting hurt wasn't what I wanted. 'If Meicoomon fully trusts me then I should fully put my trust in him' I thought to myself. Suddenly my hand started having these small purple squares coming from it. "Hey you two heads up" I looked up and saw an old man throw two gadgets towards me and Marcus. I caught mine while Marcus did the same. The gadget looked a lot like Yoshi's but it was purple and white not pink and white. "What is this?" I yelled at him. "It's a digivice, use it in combination with your DNA which is triggered with your fist. By mastering this technique, your digimon will digivolve" he said. "Who are you? What are you talking about?"Marcus asked. "Use your heart and your fist to awaken Agumon and Meicoomon" the old guy said. "Dna... Charge" we said we put my hands on the digivice.
"Agumon digivole to... Geogreymon"
"Meicoomon digivolve to Meiwaremon"
"They've been transformed" Me and Marcus seemed so surprised. "Megaflame" Geogreymon shoot a big flame ball at Kokatorimon. "Ignited Melody" Meiwaremon shoots purple flaming music notes at him. Kokatorimon screeched and turned back to an egg. "That'll teach ya, don't mess with my employee. Hahaha huh?" Marcus as he saw our digimon turned back to their normal selves again. I caught Meicoomon since he was in the air. "I'm still hungry" he told me. "Booss! I'm hungry" Agumon complained. "What else is new. I'm just glad you're safe" Marcus said. "Here" I said as I pulled out a bar chocolate. He basically grabbed from my hand and opened quickly then began to eat it. "Thanks" Meicoomon said as he finished eating it.
Third person
"Please boss I can't out much longer I need something to eat" Agumon complained. "I think you need to stop complaining, it's bothering my ears" Meicoomon said. "But I'm hungry" Agumon tried biting him. "Bite me and I'll scratch you" Meicoomon warned him. "Alright ok. How about a nice hamburger" Marcus suggested quickly. "Ohh, cheese too" Musa and Meicoomon sighed at that. "Yeah sure the work" Marcus laughed. Musa turned and Yoshi coming their way. "Hey wait up a minute. Before another digimon might have attacked the hamburger joint but Agumon still injured 15 men that proves he's a danger to humans. I still have to take him back to dats" Yoshi said as she finally got over to them. "Sorry, that was my fault" Marcus told her scratching the back of his head. "Huh?" Yoshi was confused. "Those were some punks claiming to be the ultimate fighters who wanted to train in my area so I fought them and guess what, I won" Marcus said. "You're stupid for doing that, you could have handled that better" Meicoomon said quietly. "Marcus, you're the worst" Yoshi face palmed. "I outta arrest you right now" she stated. The four of them started to run away from her.
