In the Dead of the Night
Amy had a party with Sonic,Tails, Cream and Knuckles, and she and Sonic are the last to leave. Will they still be friends, or will this lead to something bigger?
Amy throws the best parties. She had me, Tails, Knux and Cream over and we had a great time. Anyway, we were the last ones there,and she said I could stay over for the night, since the power was out and it was the middle of the night. So, here we are, a boy and a girl, who have known each other forever, sitting together, alone in a dark room. She strikes a match and lights the candle on the coffee table. It's freezing, so I let her cuddle up against me on the couch. She shivers, and and I grab the blanket off the arm of the couch and pass it over to her. I then proceed to put my arm over her, quite possibly the boldest move I've ever made. She looks up at me longingly with those big green eyes of hers that just make me freeze in place. With a flicker of light, the power comes on, and slowly warms the room. She straightens up on the couch, and I pull part of the blanket over my lap, and she turns her head in my direction as I prepare to do something she would never expect from me. I grab her shirt below the collar, and I do it. Something I've always wanted to do, but nobody knows it. I did it. I finally kissed Amy Rose. She stares up at me with a joyous twinkle in her eyes, and goes on to do the same thing to me. We sit there, staring happily into each others eyes, and we say in unison, "Best. Night. Ever."
