Sasuke's Cherry Blossom
Sakura had just walked out the front door of her house. She was going to the market to buy what she needed to make dinner. When she closed the door behind her, she noticed an envelope on the little welcome map.
"What's this?" She said to herself while bending down to pick it up. On the front was her name is the most beautiful handwriting she had ever seen. Not wanting to ruin the beautiful writing, Sakura carefully opened the letter, silently hoping it was from Sasuke. She pulled out a white letter, with the same beautiful handwriting as on the envelope. In black ink it said….
Gentle cherry blossom, calm and kind
You are always on my mind
Sweet cherry blossom, charming and cute
As a bonus, you're even astute
My cherry blossom, with lips so fine
Will you please say that you'll be mine?
-Sasuke
Sakura's jaw dropped to the ground, she couldn't believe what she had just read. The poem was somewhat cheesy but still, Sasuke had written a poem for her! She was so shocked that she didn't even notice the handsome boy leaning against the wall next to her.
"Did you like it?"
"Huh?" Sakura said, suddenly snapped out of her shock educed trance by the voice of the young ninja." Sa-Sasuke…!" Sakura gasped when she looked up at him. Sasuke gave her an irresistible smile and kept leaning against the wall.
"Di-did you right this yourself?" Sakura said, cheeks a bright red. "I never knew you were the poetic type."
"I'm not usually, but for you, I'll do anything." Sasuke said. Then, Sasuke stood up straight and took a step towards Sakura, pulling her close. His eyes locked on Sakura's, their lips came closer and closer until….
Beep, beep, beep. Sakura's alarm clock blared, waking her from her deep sleep and interrupting the best dream she had ever had. She was still blushing from the thought of. She started getting out of bed, but something stopped her. She looked down only to see Sasuke lying in bed next to her, arms around her. Then sweet realization hit her, it hadn't been just a dream, it had been much, much more.
