"Deeeeeeean…"
"Yeah, Sammy?"
"Deeeeeeean…"
"What?"
"Dean. Dean. Dean. Dean. Dean."
The older Winchester rolled his eyes but couldn't quite help the grin that snuck across his face. That sure was some drug they'd given Sammy at the hospital. Guiding a 6' 4" ginormous, weaving, and wobbling slab of younger brother was proving to be a rather amusing challenge.
"Dean." Sam tapped his brother's nose with the tip of his index finger then repeated the gesture on himself. "Sam."
Patting Sam's head, Dean teased, "Good boy—you finally know your name."
Sam blinked sleepily and beamed. Fell into his pillow.
"Timber!"
