ERROR: FOX VIRUS
Teaser
Blending with the shadows with a grace that came with years of training, the teen managed to get past the security cameras. It was midnight and even the moon was absent from the dark sky.
Quickly disabling the security camera that was guarding the door to the lab he was targeting, he easily broke the lock and slipped inside silently. He stared at the organized lab and suddenly a feeling of recognition washed over him. Remembering his mission, he quickly shrugged it off.
Looking around, as trying to find something, he let out an insecure 'Ow'. For a second nothing happened, but then, in front of his eyes, a robot that looked similar to a marshmallow inflated. The same feeling that he was missing something awoke inside of him. He shook his head as if to clear it.
"Hello, I am Baymax, your personal healthcare companion. I was awaken by a sound of distress. What seems to be the problem?"
The teen sniffed and narrowed his eyes. Ignoring what the robot was saying, he took out a black chip and and opened Baymax' chip port and placed it in.
He had been prepared to fight the robot into submission, as it surely would have had some kind of way to protect itself from intruders, but weirdly enough, the robot did not fight back. More so, it seemed like it recognized him. The robot froze as it downloaded the information from the chip, eyes flashing red for a second, then back to normal. His mission was over.
For now.
He left the black chip in the port, not too worried about someone finding it. It was programmed to auto destroy subtly anyway.
Spotting the slightly familiar handwriting on the green chip, he growled. Why did everything look so familiar? It was the first time he came here, but he could not stop the nagging feeling that he was missing something.
As nothing happened, Baymax resumed what it was programmed to do. "Scan complete."
The robot's voice startled the teen. Damn it, he had almost forgotten about it. He quickly adjusted his black cloak and fox shaped mask in place, mentally cursing himself. How could he be so careless? He hoped that the oversized marshmallow had some Patient Privacy Policy or something.
'Ughh, how do I deactivate it? What did Yokai-sama say? Oh, yes!'
"I am satisfied with my care." And with that, he watched as the nurse bot returned to its place, deflating. Glancing around, he slipped out of the lab that had the name Tadashi Hamada imprinted on a silver plate on the door and fled.
AN: This is a teaser of an idea I had a while ago. This is an AU where instead of Tadashi, Hiro and one other person 'died' in the fire. It is still a huge WIP, as I have to plan my ideas for it better.
And the summary makes more sense as the story goes on. Please tell me what do you think and if it would be wise to continue. Thank you for reading~
