Love is Confusion
Chapter One: Conversations at 3 AM...

Draco jumpede as his cell phone vibrated. He was lying n his bed, staring at the ceiling. Today was not only the worst day ever, in fact it was just the tip of the icebug that was the past week. He was finally talking to his crush. But his ex made everything more complicated by telling him that he still had feelings for him. Draco had been thinking back upon the last week when the phone announced he had a text. He was truely afraid to open it.
The guy he wanted to be with was so confusing. One second he was saying he'd do anything to be with him, the next he would say "I don't do titles." Which as you know has up to four meanings: 1) they don't like you, 2) they don't want an emotional relationship, 3) they don't think the relationship will go anywhere, or 4) they don't want anyone to know about you.
He decided to look at the text. It was from his ex. It said Call me.we should talk. He called his ex.
"Hi Dray, how are you doing?"
"Fine"
"Yeah right. Why do you sound so depressed? I thought you said you were happy with Harry.'
"Well I thought so but i guess i thought wrong."
"What did he do now? I heard that you were dating."
"That's what I thought,k but apparently not."
"I'm sorry"
"It has nothing to do with ou."
"Yeah, I know. But I want you to be happy."
"You really are a great friend."
"Yeah. Well I have changed a lot since we dated. It's almost been a year."
"Well I like the new you. I'm glad that we are talking again."
"Even if i am complicating things?"
"Yeah, you can't help it. You want to be with me. We just have to be friends first. That's how it would be even without Harry."
"Okay but I want to help and I can't."
"You are helping, Just by being here for me."
"I will always be here for you. I lost you once and I'm not going to let it happen again."
"Thanks. You're awesome."
"I know. Well I am gonna hang up now because I need some sleep, but you're hanging with him tomorrow to figure things out right?"...yea right, I'm not going to be able to sleep. I just don't want to start crying.
"Yea."
"Well tell me what goes down as soon as you can."
"Ok."
"I love you. Don't ever doubt that." His voice was starting to give in to the tears...with that his ex hung up the phone, not giving him time to respond.
Draco knew that he should give his ex another chance but he couldn't just give up on Harry.
