"I'm sorry," Dean gently placed her down on her back. "I'm so, so sorry."

He never meant to act out his dark fantasies, but he hadn't been able to control himself any longer when he killed Lana a month earlier. He had told himself it would be the only one. He had lied to himself.

"You didn't deserve this," he said.

She was beautiful in his eyes. Lana had been beautiful too, but this one was more beautiful than any other woman he'd ever seen. Her smile had brightened up the entire room. And still he had killed her. Stabbed her like he did with Lana.

"Why can't I stop?" He whispered. "Dean Ambrose, what the hell is wrong with you, you sick fuck?"

He stroked her cheek with the back of his hand before getting back up and moving to the wall to leave a message like the last time. He had to let these people know that he truly was sorry.

"You were right," Randy sighed. "Future serial killer. Now actual serial killer."
"I wish I wasn't," Laura sighed too. "Her name was Renee. She ran the local shelter, and spent her free time protesting against animal cruelty. A sweetheart all around. And smart too. She won several law suits against makeup firms that tested products on animals."

They walked over to the wall where the same "I'm sorry" message had been left in blood again.

"He's still sorry," he said.
"Not sorry enough to stop," she said. "He was more calm this time though. He only stabbed her 10 times."
"What do you think?" He asked.
"Something in these women triggered him. What do they have in common?" She asked.
"Blonde hair," he answered.
"Too early to say. If the third one's blonde too, that might be it," she said.
"And what can we do other than wait, and hope he fucks up before killing another one?" He sighed.
