Title:

Time Tots

A/N:

I'm going back and editing these chapters, as well as adding a bit to some of the chapters. From now on the chapters will begin with a scene from a different Doctor then move into the 10th Doctor with his wards.

Summary:

The Doctor finally gets the nerve to see what happened to his granddaughter & learns she died at the hands of Voldemort, but not before having a son with Emerald Eyes. Tracking down other orphaned Descendants, the Doctor raises the future champions of the universe: Harry Potter, Naruto, Danny Phantom, MLP Spike, Son Goku.

The 42 faces of the Doctor find themselves splintered off as separate entities. All because the 10th Doctor was able to track down his family, and the Valeyard tried to prevent the changes that caused

Timeline: The Doctor

These are events which take place in the Doctor's timeline in this Alternate Reality. Uses original Doctors for most of classic who as I don't have much experience with it.

Not in any particular order each of the Doctor's faces have at least one encounter with each of the following:

1. An Clara Echo, usually with her dying.

2. The Master

3. The Face of Boe

4. River Song

5. Spotting the words "Bad Wolf" when in a dangerous situation.

6. Multiple adventures on behalf of UNIT

● Unknown Doctor, 1st Face

~First Steps:

The Doctor did well in school, earning Doctorates in every field known to Time Lords, outside medicine (but he does qualify as a field medic) by the time he was 12. Soon thereafter he learned that he is half human and that he is the hybrid destined to destroy Gallifrey. The Doctor flees the planet, and his best friend The Master follows him. They go to Earth to find The Doctor's biological father. As a child the Doctor sees true horrors on Earth, but he also sees things more beautiful than he could imagine. When he is older he wants to save the planet and believes a global government will fix many of their problems. He attempts to conquer the planet but after a failed assassination attempt, he realizes the world doesn't want his help, not like this. So he leaves. The Doctor returns to Gallifrey and reviews a wrist slap given the fact he is still in his first face and Time Lords view that as a child no matter how old the body gets. However the Doctor doesn't endear the Doctor to the Government. A few hundred years later, as a young man, The Doctor leads a rebel in an attempt to overthrow their oppressive and corrupt government. The Master helps him but the rebellion fails. They are directed to a TARDIS in the repair shop by a Clara Echo and flee Gallifrey in it. They wind up on Earth where Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart sneaks on Board. Not knowing he's there the boys leave for the Citadel.

~Stowaway:

The Doctor and Master go to the Citadel but discover Alistair on their ship. Due to scans the party goes through when they board went through Citadel Security, the aliens onboard the Citadel recognize The Master and the Doctor as Time Lord children and assume Alistair is their human pet. C-Sec knows about the Civil war on Gallifrey but not that the Doctor caused it. They tell the unaccompanied children that they will be listed as Refugees and given to the Asari to care for them while their transport is stored in the vault until they are of legal age by Time Lord standards (As the first face is considered legally a child no matter how old they get.) The boys get away from the Asari and get their ship back before they are sent off to an Asari orphanage.

~Malfunction:

The TARDIS malfunctions and the boys must work together to repair technology they don't understand, while guided by the TARDIS itself.

~ Skaro, First Contact:

The three accidentally end up on Skaro and meet the Daleks who were not aware of life on other planets

~ Weeping Angles:

The boys follow a distress call and appear on a planet filled with power emitters, lots of plant life but something is off. They notice a distinct lack of birds, insects, or animals of any kind. This is straight up horror, filled with suspense, while the Weeping Angels hunt the boys as they try to save the survivors of a crashed ship on the planet.

~Other Adventures:

• Silurians

• Sontarans

• Ood

• Zygons

• Wirrn

• Vashna Nerada

• Valeyard Rumors (Throughout these adventures the boys hear rumors of a terrible Time Lord with the power to destroy galaxies, and now he has set his sights on theirs)

~ Terminator Session:

The TARDIS ends up in the parallel pocket dimension of Earth were the race of machines called Skynet have taken over the planet. Skynet has converted every human into a race of cyborgs called Cybermen (based off the 10th Doctor design), removing the human brain and nervous system and implanting it into a mechanical body. This pocket dimension was created by amateurs trying to reset reality but instead they created a small parallel reality in the form of a pocket dimension the size of a solar system. The Doctor helps free the Cybermen from Skynet. The Cybermen thank the Doctor but say now a war is bound to break out between them and the Terminators. The master insist they leave and The Cybermen are left to forge their own civilization.

~ I'Borg:

A Borg Supercube attacks a planet in the Trek Sector and the Doctor, Alistair, and the Master are captured and assimilated. While in the Hive Mind, the Doctor maintains his self-awareness and contacts Alistair and the Master. They run through the artificial reality world and try to find a way to wake up while fighting Borg programs trying to fully assimilate their minds by killing them in this world. The party gets other people the Borg are trying to assimilate to help them and slowly piece information together. Eventually the party reaches the core programming of the Borg Supercube. The Doctor realizes it is a poorly written program. What was originally intended as the next stage of social media went wrong as the Borg can't tell which thoughts are their own. Even the Doctor's body, out there in the real world, can't connect to his own thoughts properly. The Doctor proceeds to fix the program while Alistair and the Master hold off the Borg. After the Program is fixed the Borg stop fighting and everyone wakes up, fully self-aware now but can still hear each other's thoughts. Their own thoughts are just the loudest and easily recognized as their own, but they can just as easily distinguish the minds of everyone else. The moment the Doctor solves the puzzle the party wakes up in the real world in a room on tables and have not been assimilated yet. The reason they were able to fight against the process is because the Borg programs hadn't been able to fully integrate their minds, which is what they were trying to do in the virtual world. The Borg let everyone they were trying to assimilate go but warn the Doctor that although they are eternally grateful for what he did all he did was fix one cube and there are billions out there. The other Cubes are still connected to them and they know not only of the Doctor but they got a glimpse of his mind. They now know of localized Time Travel. The new race of Borg swears to free all the minds trapped by the faulty programming.

~Cybermen:

The Cybermen escape the pocket Dimension to get away from Skynet as war erupted between them. They find humans on the main universe's Earth and believe their organic shell to be flawed and inefficient. They begin 'Upgrading' the humans into Cybermen but the Doctor manages to stop them. Unfortunately some of them flee into space and spread out throughout the galaxy. The Doctor has a feeling he will see them again.

~Torchwood:

The Boys go back to Earth so Alistair can visit his father but they learn his father secretly works for an organization called Torchwood which not only steals alien tech but experiments and kills aliens. Alistair's dad captures the Time Lords and brings them to a Torchwood base where they are tortured in an attempt to get them to open up the TARDIS. Alistair stowed away and is sneaking around the base until he finds the Time Lords and helps them escape.

~Parting Ways:

The boys are tracked down on Earth by a group of Time Lord Guards who tell them the rebellion is over and they need to return to Gallifrey to face the consequences of their actions. Afterwards Alistair says he needs to stay on Earth and bring down Torchwood, maybe even replace it with something better.

~Funeral of Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart

The Doctor is heart broken over Alistair leaving and the Master decides to give him some closure, by taking him to Alistair's funeral in the future. Unfortunately when they arrive they see it filled with all 13 of the Doctor's faces. While the Doctor grieves, The Master wanders until he is approached by the 12th Doctor who gives him a big speech about how, regardless of the Master's intentions, what he did by bringing him here fundamentally scarred him. As the Master wanted to show him how short and fleeting mortal life was. It taught him that no matter what, he would watch everyone he loves die. It made him obsessed with saving as many as he could to let them live just a little while longer. This is the moment it stopped being a game. The Doctor then confesses that in his quest to preserve life he's destroyed trillions who threatened it. He's murdered entire species and enslaved galaxies for their own protection. He stained his soul beyond any hope of coming back "But what would I be, without you," That's when the Master realizes just who this is, after hearing of his infamous accomplishments. Any Time Lord would recognize him. That the last Doctor's face is none other than the Valeyard himself. The Master flees from the man and grabs the Doctor's first face before dragging him back on the TARDIS, promising to never let his Doctor become that, without telling him what has him so spooked.

~Heat

The Doctor and Master enter their mating cycle and sleep together, the Master gets Pregnant and decides to return to Gallifrey and face the consequences, for the sake of the child. The Doctor negotiates that he will plead guilty to inciting a right and violating the time stream if they pardon the Master. The Doctor is "Executed" for his numerous crimes, which effectively means he was forced to regenerate. After which they let him go and allow him to live his life. The Doctor gets a job programming and maintaining Virtual Intelligence Robots, robots that are only capable of following instructions and cannot actually think to solve problems. VIs handle all the less savory jobs and working with them was considered menial labor.
