Doomsday Rising

The Regime has been thwarted, the alternate Superman has been detained, and all seems well from here on out. The battle is over as far as the heroes are concerned. Little do they know that another force is emerging in their own dimension. Will they be able to defeat the new opposition? Or will they finally admit defeat? Rated M for swearing, and adult content.

Basically my own version of a sequel to Injustice: Gods Among us. After t retuhe defeat of Regime Superman, the real Superman decides to stay behind and restore peace and prosperity to the parallel dimension. The others return to their own dimension and smash the transporter.

Meanwhile, Doomsday returns to Earth vowing revenge on the DC heroes due to Superman banishing him to deep space. He opts to go on warpath until the real Ares convinces him to start his own Regime in the real world. Doomsday likes the idea but realizes he isn't leadership material. He decides to seek out a female that can serve as the ruler of the Regime.

While all that's going on, the heroes are unaware of this and go about their usual adventures. However, a certain brown-haired Mistress of Magic is left for dead following a brutal fight with Darksied. She's rescued by the most unlikely person ever.
