For the war effort.

Sorry its so 'formal'. I've been reading the Inheritance cycle and its very 'ye-oldde-fashion'

"Hello Ms. jackson."

"Annabeth! How many times do I have to tell you, call me Sally!"

"Hello Sally, Hello Paul." I say in a tired voice, and then remeber, "Have you meet Leo, Piper, and Jason yet?"

"No I don't think so. Isn't Leo the boy who is buliding the ship?"

I give an odd sort of laugh, and say, "Yeah, among redo all of my blue prints for olympus, and the cabins. The brusies are a very odd colour of purple."

The pair of them laugh at my expression, or just the thought about me beating Leo black and blue.

"Come on! lets go see them." I say as the laughter dies down, and grab their arms to pull them to the top of the hill.

Sally gasps as the full effort we have put into this battle comes into view. The arrows, ballisti, the sheilds, the ship.

The ship that was big enough to hold the entire camp and all the weapons we could fight with.

The ship I would find Percy with.

"I Annabeth Chase, Daughter of Athena, let Sally Jackson, and Paul Blofis, into camp half blood."

As the mist clears Pauls jaw drops and he stammers, "Is t-this how it nor-normally looks?"

"No, these were bulit last week." I replie as if every teenager does this, and start trotting down the hill with them at my heels.

I hear someone yell my name and I turn to face the mulit-coloured Leo, "Are you ready to leave?"

"I've been ready to leave for the past 6 months." I respond, momentarely fogetting about the two adults behind me.

"After the phone call, and 9 cases of redbull, the ship has been finished and we can leave as soon as she's loaded."

"Is chiron going?"

"yeah, and we're picking up some of the later chapters of the party ponies."

"I'm going to!" says a shell shocked looking Sally.

"And so am I" says Paul, with a determined expression.

By now, a small group of people has formed around the four of us listening.

"I can't let you two do that." Comes my teachers voice from behind us.

"Oh. So your going to get in the way of me finding my son?" Says an irrate Sally, "I think not!"

"Chiron, there's no use in trying to talking them out of it."

"I didn't think so, but I thought I might try." he says defetedly "How long will it take you to be ready?"

Paul quickly answers "We packed the nesesites last night after Percy called."

"I thought you would. Ok, can you three get you stuff? We should be able to leave within the hour."

After Chiron canters away, I turn and ask Leo if the hunters were here yet, of if we were picking them up.

"Yeah, they got here 20 mintues ago, I sent Grover to get them organised."

"Stupid idea."

"Ehh thought it would be funny."

"Not if they kill him and stain the floors."

He pales and runs off towards the ship.

"Lets go get your stuff." I say to the laughing couple.

As we jog down the hill again, I make a beline to my bunk to grab my bag.

I step into the Posidain cabin without hiding where I'm going, and take a deep breath. With any luck, the next time I'd be in here, I wouldn't be alone.

Sighing, I grab my bag of the floor and tuck my hat into the side. I check that I have my laptop charger before hositing the bag onto my shoulder.

Before I cross the thresshold I stop and take one last look around and desend the steps.

I get Sally and Paul settled into their room before going over the supplies one last time. Only about 45 people out of 100 would be staying, and we had the hunters on board. Almost 100 people plus whatever party ponies we found along the way.

I hear a nock at the door to my quaters, after telling who every was there to come in and pray I dont kill them, Thalia opens the door, walks up and puts a knife to my neck. "Dead." she stats and we laugh.

"Want some help?"

"Its always welcome." and we get down to work.

I think about all the time Percy and I spent together, and sigh inwardly. We'd be spending more soon, but when?
