Looker sat down at his old, wooden desk, thinking about what to do; he had no new cases to solve, nothing interesting to do, or anyone to help. He got up groggily and went to his dusty Super Nintendo. He blew off the thick coating of dust off the system, and powered it on – or at least he tried to. He looked at the back of the system to find the power supply was gone.
"Ah crap, nothing to do…" he muttered, walking to his room to have a nap.
A peculiar man with streaking blue hair and a steel-grey uniform was ambling about outside of Looker's house, hands in his charcoal-black jean's pockets. He then looked at the house, wondering to himself,
"I wonder what I could take from here?"
Looker was fast asleep at this point, but the man slowly opened his door, a slight creaking sound echoing through the home. The man snuck around, tiptoeing – making sure he didn't disturb anyone. This individual had no choice – he had to take something, especially in the state his bank account and family was in at the time.
The blue-haired baron opened up Looker's fridge and freezer, and saw a can of frozen peas and a bottle of spring water. He hastily grabbed the two articles and dashed quickly but quietly out of the door, without closing it.
It didn't take long for Looker to get up, after he heard the floorboards creaking for seemingly no apparent reason. He got up to get himself some water – but to his demise, it was gone.
"Might as well drink some tap water instead then…" he thought.
