Large pellets of rain plummeted to the ground as a lone figure of a woman walked up the drive of Stonehaven.
Her feet scuffed the floor as she dragged her right leg with difficulty, her left arm was held close to her chest as if injured.
She wore a long cloak as her attire and her face was shrouded with a heavy hood.
As she came to the steps leading up to the door she stumbled and fell onto her side were she lay motionless.
Inside the house Elena was arguing with clay while the rest of the pack watched on with bemused faces.
"I'm not arguing any more I'm going to bed and god help you if you think your sleeping in my bed" Elena cried heading for the stairs until clay blocked her path.
"Your not going any were first were going to sort this out…and when did it become your room?" asked Clay, Elena just gave him a cold stare and began to turn for the stairs again.
"Elena wait!" called Clay grabbing her arm tightly.
"Let me go Clayton...I don't want to talk to you any more I've had enough" she replied.
"No wait…cant you smell that?" asked clay still holding onto her arm.
Elena lifted her nose into the air and inhaled; as soon as she did she could smell what Clay had smelt.
"Its coming from outside" said Jeremy from the doorway; Clay walked quietly towards the main doors and turned to the others and mouthed one word.
"Werewolf"
Grabbing the door handle clay turned it and pulled open the door and went out into the rain.
Elena stayed were he had left her, her back tense and ready for a confrontation, when clay didn't come back straight away her brain kicked into gear and wondered if anything had happened to him.
Making her mind up she headed for the door to see what was wrong, but as she made it to the door clay came back in, but not alone.
He was carrying a large bundle in his arms and he had a concerned look on his face as he made his way into the study.
Elena followed him then so did the rest of the pack, in the study he laid down the figure upon the sofa and stood back looking up at the rest of the pack.
"Well for havens sakes who is it…is it a werewolf?" asked Nick, Clay merely nodded.
"Well what's wrong…why you brought him in here?" asked Elena.
"It's not a him…it's a she".
Authors note:
I know this is really short, that's because I didn't really have a storyline I had a beginning.
But if you like what you have so far and want to see it continued please review and I will carry on with it.
