Alanna perspective
She looked around her as she walked down the staircase. She knew most of the men and their wives however there was one man who she looked for. He was tall with a nose that was to large for good looks, yet she knew in her heart that she loved him, even if she would never admit it to herself. The man she looked for name was George Cooper; he was the King of the Rogue, and her love. A long time ago, around her page years, she said love was not for her, but a lot had happened between now and then. She had her shield, she had fell in love with George, and she had brought back the Dominion Jewel, Princess Thayet, and King Jonathan's Sister, Sage. Now she was descending down the staircase into the ball room. Never had she ever felt more like a noble.
George's perspective
He saw his beautiful Alanna descending down the staircase, and all he could think was she did it, she did what she had set out to do, and now she has brought glory to Tortall. His love was in a silver blue dress, it was practical though as well it allowed her to carry a weapon underneath, and allowed her free movement. She was beautiful.
Prince Jonathan's perspective
He was the luckiest guy on the planet, his sister was back, the most beautiful princess was brought to his kingdom, and his best friend had done what she had set out to do, how he could not be lucky. Thayet was beautiful, he was planning on courting her, and had hopes that he would marry her; she would be a wonderful queen.
His sister Sage was back, she had ran away 4 years earlier, hid out in the court of the rogue for a year under the name Leah, and then stayed in a place called England for three years; she then went to Tyra, where Alanna and Coram found her. His best friend and ex-lover was now his sol woman knight, the one everyone in the eastern lands will fear because she had given glory to Tortall, she had braved so much and now, she was here to stay, and the rest of the world will have to think twice about attacking Tortall.
Somewhere in the Ballroom
A man with a long silvery beard stood in the midst of all the nobles, watched the copper haired girl descend down the staircase, he watched, and waited for the girl who had been under the disguise of Leah Richards realize that he was there. She head been an interesting student to teach, more so because of her special gift to read minds. He had taught her privately for three years, now he was looking to talk to her about coming to his school, to teach young witches and wizards, his school was Hogwarts, and he was Professor Dumbledore.
Princess Sage/Leah's perspective
She scanned the ballroom; afraid of whom she might find, Duke Roger, Duke Gareth, his wife, his son, Sir Gareth, Sir Raoul, Sir Alex, Sir Myles and his date Eleni Cooper, Coram and his date Rispah, George. And Professor Dumbledore?
