A/N Heres two drabbles in one chapter, just something to hopefully cheer you up :-)
I know he's there watching me sleep, the hairs on the back of my neck are on edge and the tingling sensation in my stomach has returned. It feels like we are lovers again, not a married couple and I smile to myself as he takes step after step towards the bed.
He sheds his clothes quickly; they land in a pile in the corner of the room, he climbs into bed spooning himself to my body, I feel his breath on my neck as his arm covers mine protectively. I whisper to his sleeping figure…I love you Gil.

I'm asleep when she gets home; even so I feel her presence while I dream. Her scent envelops my senses with a smell that renders me speechless every time.
She stands in the doorway, her eyes burrowing into my soul; she removes her clothing one item at a time her quiet footsteps bringing her closer to me.
She slides in next to me and lays her head on my chest, her arm sneaking its way to my face for a light caress. I know now that she's safe and I whisper to her sleeping figure…I love you Sara.
