Force you to feel
Force open your eyes
Force feed your terror
Because you must

Feel flesh under machine
Feel sensations foreign
Feel without your nerves
Except you do

Black is the world about
Black in your heart
Black falls by your hand
Because you are

Scream to the dead before you
Scream for the betrayals
Scream because everyone listens
Except they don't

Lie awake in nightmares
Lie down with your enemy
Lie to sooth your soul
Because you can
