I would like to thank anyone who has taken the time to read my story, it is greatly appreciated. I would like to make you aware that is story doesn't follow either of the series step by step. The main character is an OC from the Naruto world who is in Middle Earth. But it is not your typical 'dropped into Middle Earth' type of story. You will not see many of the character from the Naruto series throughout this story but many of the Lord of the Rings characters will be mentioned. This is NOT a 10th walker story. My OC is taking a path of her own during the war of the ring, but her path will intertwine with the Fellowship. Warning: OC is probably going to be very Mary Sue. Lastly, I do not follow the Naruto series. I haven't since I was in grade 9. So there a lot that I don't know, sorry if that bothers you lol.

Full Summary:

It came down upon them one day, destroying everything they once knew. Either they move forward and create a new future for themselves or let what is left of their people be swept away in the lingering ash. But there is danger in all corners of the world. It is not just about her people anymore, its about the fate of all Middle Earth. Raven, one of the last surviving Uchiha, has saved what is left of the leaf village from inmate danger. Now she must insure that their new home is safe too, even if it kills her. And it just might. Madara and Sauron have joined forced. So Raven begins her quest to destroy the evils of the world. She cant do it alone though, surely she will encounter the nine who are brave enough to stand up against pure evil.

I do not own Lord of the Rings or Naruto. The only thing that is mine is some plot and my own original characters.

Prolog: A Blinding Light

It came from nowhere.

A blinding light suspended in the sky. Burning white hot with rage. It's overwhelming malice struck fear into everyone who laid eyes upon it. Unmoving for a few moments, suspended in time. They stood watching it, for none of them had ever seen a site such as this. Wonder displayed across all of their face and for a fleeting moment everything was still. Until it came down upon them, instilling fear into the bravest of Shinobi. It slowly drop down from the sky. It's heat first setting fire to the tops of the trees, black smoke billowed all around them. They coughed as the fields became lit with a red flame that ran wild across the plains. The small bodies of water surrounding the village began to evaporate. The precious liquid sucked up into the sky, leaving behind a lifeless Earth. Dry and cracked, parched, begging for liquid like a man stranded in the desert for weeks. They could feel it on their skin. Their flesh became red and black as they burned alive screaming out in terrible pain. Bodies lay contorted on the ground. Baking under the heat.

Fear. So much fear. It consumed them, it destroyed them, it broke them.

So few had escaped. The images of their dying comrades forever burned into their memories. Cooking on the ground the way fish fries in a skillet sitting over an open flame. Those who had time ran for their lives, hiding underground, taking as many civilians with them as they could. There was nothing they could do but wait. Wait for it to end. Wait for that hot white light to dissipate. But what were they waiting for? What would be left when they came out? Would the skies ever open up and rain? Would the soil ever nurture another plant? Would the air be safe to breathe? If the fire didn't take them they asphyxiate on the lingering smoke? Is all hope lost?

When they emerged it was exactly as they had expected. Nothing.

Small fires lingered here and there. Dying out as it consumed the last bits of material that it fed off of. Black ash settled across an open landscape, specs floating through the air. The last few free-standing structures collapsed in on themselves. A soft thunk sounded is it collided with the ground sending embers up and it's wake. What once was, was lost. They're home dull and lifeless.

Nothing. Nothing but fire and Ash.
