A/N: Hey Guys. Just a quick oneshot written for CCOAC's The Challenge from Other Challenges. Not beta'd so all errors belong to me. Enjoy.

Disclaimer: I don't own CM or it's characters. They belong to CBS and all those other people. I just enjoy to take them out to play sometimes.

He was losing it. He knew he was. He couldn't keep acting like it wouldn't happen. It was inevitable. The Schizophrenia would come. He just wished it wouldn't.

Spencer Reid walked out of the break room with his sixth cup of coffee. It was only 10:30 in the morning, but he didn't care. The caffeine was one of the few things that was keeping him sane anymore.

He sat down at his desk with a thud and went to work on case files. Anything for a distraction from his thoughts. Even if it was just boring files.

Hotch looked down at his team in the bullpen. At least that what he told himself he was doing. In reality he was looking at Reid. He could tell the young genius was stressing himself out over the possibility of getting Schizophrenia. He needed to relax and get his mind off of it. That's when Hotch made his decision. He was going to help Reid forget. Even if it was for only one night.

By the end of the day the team had all headed home minus Reid and Hotch. Reid was still at his desk, drowning his worries in coffee and case files.

Hotch closed up his office and walked down the catwalk to the bullpen, stopping at Reid's desk. Reid didn't even look up.

Hotch cleared his throat before speaking quietly. "Reid."

Reid looked up slowly. Hotch could see the bags under the younger agent's eyes and the stress written all over his face. It broke his heart to see the bright genius looking so lifeless.

"Spencer, I know you're scared and I know you are stressing, but I need you to let me in. You can't just shut down like this."

"What do you expect me to do, Hotch?" Reid's voice cracked.

Hotch sighed and took Reid's hand in his. "Let me help you relax. You need to stop worrying, just for a little bit."

Reid gave him a confused look. "What do you mean?"

"Come home with me, Spencer. Let me help you."

Reid nodded and stood up slowly, following Hotch out to his car and climbing into the passenger seat. If Hotch was willing to help him through this tough time, he wasn't going to pass it up.

And helping him is exactly what Hotch did. All night long.

A/N: Well, that was my first time writing slash, so I hope I didn't do too bad. Thanks for reading! Review!
