What if a lot of details about their lives had changed?

"Well, one thing about Cas, he doesn't appreciate the finer things in life," Dean said after Cas had flitted off. Without a word, as usual.

"So, that was kind of weird, huh?" Sam asked.

"Did you see what we were wearing? We had pictures of alligators on our shirts. What was up with that?" Dean asked outraged.

"I'm still upset you actually won a game of rock, paper, scissors," Sam grumbled.

"How did the Titanic not sinking affect all this?"

"Don't ask me? You're the one who went to Harvard Pre-Med and actually managed to get in one year of medical school at the University of Pennsylvania."

"Yeah. That was weird. You didn't even go to college. I always knew I was really the smart one."

Sam lightly hit Dean in the arm. "And in that timeline, I guess Jessica never died since I never met her," Sam said sadly.

"Or maybe she was never born. Or maybe she died some other way. We'll never know." Dean wanted to put a stop to this line of thinking. Sam still got sad every time he thought about Jessica. Dean couldn't blame him. It had to be hard knowing you were the one responsible for the love your life's death.

"Well, one thing will never change," Dean said to change the subject.

"What's that?" Sam asked.

"I'll always be older, wiser, and better looking."

"Bitch," Sam said.

"Jerk," Dean replied.

TheEnd.
