The Letters

(At this priciest moment in time Harry Potter was being rudely awakened by his Aunt Petunia, as he slept in the cupboard, under the stairs, of number four Privet Drive.)

Privet drive was a lovely little road full of identical little houses and the people who lived there absolutely hated the people one street over. This lovely little road was full of identical little houses except for one; which was totally unacceptable for those on Privet Drive. On this odd ball of a house was a small balcony that if you leaned far enough could put you in spying range of the Dursley's back yard.
This morning though the three girls weren't leaning off the balcony to spy and pry. In fact, if Mr. Dursley had come out in his pajama's and did the Hokey Pokey, these girls wouldn't have noticed. They were scouring the sky in search of owls.
Now any owl expert would have told them that they were being silly. Owls would just be going to sleep and they wouldn't see any. It wasn't exactly the owls the girls wanted; it was the letters the owls were carrying that they so desperately wanted. Letters that would tell the excited girls what they needed for their first semester at Hogwarts School of WitchCraft and Wizardry.
At the time the girls had been at it for almost an hour and their hopes were dropping desperately low.
"What if Dumbledore forgot to send our letters?" whimpered Alura, a average height girl with shoulder length strawberry blond hair and brown eyes. Alura was wearing a white tank top with a smaller light blue one over top and a pair of kaki capri's and sandals. "Don't be stupid, he wouldn't forget us or anyone else." assured Adrodia who was a tall for her age surfer with dirty blond shoulder length hair with natural blond highlights and blue eyes. She was wearing a white tank-top with a rose color Aeropostle tee that was unbuttoned just low enough to see the white tee with short blue jean shorts.
"I'm soo bored," said Celest a short for her age blond with fake blue highlights and vibrant blue eyes. She was wearing a blank tank- top with 'I'm outta bed and dressed...what more do you want?' written across it in white, soccer shorts, and no shoes at all. "Why don't we just stop for n..."
Alura and Adrodia turned around to see why Celest stopped short. They then saw it, a big barn owl, a great horned owl, and a tawny owl. Each was perched on a different chair and by the looks of their umm..."presents" they had been there for a while. In the seat of every chair was a pile of letters.
Excited didn'teven begin to describe the feeling these girls had, but screaming did. They managed to come inside so as not to wake the neighbors though. As soon as the door closed they screeched at the top of their lungs, the owls outside flapped off. Mr and Mrs Jordans along with all the girls sibblings came running to see what was wrong. But unnoticed by the girls in their frenzy of emontion they didn't notice the barn owl carry a letter up and over the Dursley's home, and then leave their home without one.
