I do not own Pokemon, nor do I wish too profit off of it. It is owned by its respective copy write holders. Also it might get a little lemony in some chapters, but i will post a warning and in the next chaper i will post a summery so you know what happened if you are too young to read it :)

Lupus's fist collided with the tree trunk with a mighty thud. The pokemon's eyes were narrowed in frustration. Ever since his trainer got a shiny Chespin his chances of being the trainer's partner had vanished. He crashed his fist into the tree again, this time using Ice Punch. The Buneary had it hard enough with everyone assuming he was a female, and thinking with his cute appearance he couldn't be a real battler. But, he had proved himself to his trainer over and over. Whether it was one shoting a pokemon twice his size of saving his trainer.

That sparked a memory. At that time they were walking down a forest. They were utterly lost, so the trainer decided to head for higher ground to see if he could find his way out. The only pokemon out where the Buneary and Charmander. The Charmander's name was Salamandra. Salamandra was the trainer's starter.

The trainer found a hill and began to climb. Lupus followed swiftly, while Salamandra struggled to catch up the unfamiliar terrine. Out of nowhere, an angry Onyx shot out of the ground with an angry roar. It, disturbed from sleep, sent a rockslide attack at them. Salamandra and the trainer began to run, but not Lupus.

Lupus lunged forward and used an Ice Punch to break every rock. The Onyx roared a challenge, and the fierce Buneary returned it with a loud "Bun, Bun! Eary! [Give it your all you pest!]". Lupus lept and used a powerful Fire Punch to the Onyx's face. The Onyx flinched and then retreated. The trainer ran over and wrapped his pokemon in a hug while thanking him. Even Salamandra admitted a thank you.

But then, the smug brat came along. He thought because he was a shiny starter he was the center of the universe. But boy, he was wrong. Lupus made a fire punch at the tree but stopped himself. The camp was nearby, he couldn't risk a fire. He lowered his fist and his ears drooped. He then shook his head. No, he wouldn't get down on this. But, he did have an idea of how to manipulate the shiny into letting Lupus lead.

He than heard his trainer yelling for him, and ran on all fours over. He scowled as he saw the Chespin eating an Apple (like an asshole, he might add).

"Bun-un! Bun [Chespin, follow me]" He commanded in an ordering voice.

The clueless trainer cooed. "Aww, they are freinds."

"Brax, where is-" Lupus stopped paying attention.

He lead Chespin away, and once they where far enough to have privacy they stopped.

He than whipped around, and slammed the other pokemon into a tree he was standing near.

"What the hell-" Chespin began, but he stopped and gulped as he saw Lupus' fist erupt into flames.

His fist was an inch from touching thr grass type. He could feel the flames lapping at his skin.

His eyes went round in terror.

"P-please d-dont h-hurt m-me" He struggled to speak.

"Hello Xylax... Now, be a good little starter and do somthing for me" Lupus purred, eye's flashing in enjoyment at his frightend stance.

"Now, listen to me clearly, unless you want to die in a burst of flames you will let me have the spotlight" Lupus growled, flames growing.

Xylax nodded furiously, and he let him go. Lupis grinned, and walked back to camp.
