Summery; In Japan there lies a mysterious Castle cared for by a strange group with an obscure but big objective. When two university students, a layer, a government agent, a con artist and a Dojo student all happen to stumble on this suspicious place, a nightmare begins.
It is often said that when the people lose their belief in the gods, the gods themselves lose their power. They are no longer figures of power to be feared. Yet it is often depicted that when a once worshiped figure is forgotten, they can become vengeful spirits that attack when least expected. We force ourselves to remember the darkest of times so that we may never foolishly walk the same path. Remember the truth lest we are doomed to repeat the same lies.
A vary old castle stood like a neglected statue in the old Mutsu Providence of Japan. Back in its day; during the Sengoku period, it must have been full of proud life. Now that castle only held a set face of brooding and loneliness. Even in the midday sun, this place showed only faded colors of shame. As the sun began its evening bow to the west, an oddly cloaked figure approached the miserable castle. This dark and precarious figure seemed highly concerned about keeping away any curious eyes.
When at last the darkened figure met the fading castle, they smiled. "Finally, I've made it." The figure pulled out a tin box painted in an elaborate design. Opening it the person pulled out a stick of brilliant white chalk, knelt to the ground just before the main gate and began to inscribe something. When then odd figure was finished, they stood and looked directly up at a window on one of the highest floors. The curtains that fluttered around the inside of the frame appeared to indicate a watching presence. "Relax your spirit my lord, with this you will finally be returned everything that you were denied." Then the person looked down at his work. Returning the elaborated tin box of chalk to the inside of his cloak, he then replaced it with a tiny pile of gray, sparkling sand. With a warm smile, he tossed the sand in a sprinkling shower over the calk work setting it ablaze. The fire was a fine white that rose high yet stayed in place. "With this I welcome your return, Dokuganryu." Backing away in slowly in a half bowed manner, he left as the moon began to develop into the sky.
