It is the day of May 7th, 2014, and there is a business meeting going on in the Nintendo HQ.
Sakurai stands up, and says to everyone,
"I know that we have been pushing out new content left and right...however I still do not think that it is enough"
Miyamoto looks up at Sakurai with a worried look on his face, and asks him,
"Wh-what do you mean, Sakurai? What more could we possibly do?"
It is then that Reggie stands up, his head looking downwards, and his hands behind his back.
"What do you have behind your back, Reggie?", Miyamoto asks.
Reggie then brings his hands out from behind his back, and out to the front of him, showcasing to everyone copies of both Pokemon Sapphire and Pokemon Ruby.
"Y-you can't be serious, Reggie!" Miyamoto says in a frantic tone. "You do know what will happen if we do that, right?!"
Reggie lifts his head up, tears in his eyes as he utters one singular phrase.
"My body is ready"
