I woke up with a jolt, sitting upright in my bed. I looked at my alarm lock that dimly lit my room. It was 2 in the morning. Just then I realized that in was alone in my cluttered room. I got up and looked at the rocker where Edward would usually sit.

He wasn't there. I sighed, he probably went hunting, its been at least two weeks since he last went and his eyes were coal black. I noticed that something was sitting on the chair. I walked closer and noticed the shape of a piece of folded paper sitting on the rocker. I slowly opened the paper and read it out loud. "I left to hunt, I hope you wont wake to find me gone but I will be back in the morning."

Disappointed, I went and sat done on my bed. I was really tired so I thought maybe I could go back to sleep. I was laying down on my bed when I heard a growling that erupted from some where in my room. I began to get scared when I heard it again but than I realized it was just my stomach. I laughed quietly to myself. I tried to fall back asleep, just as I closed my eyes I heard my stomach growling again. " Are you going to be quiet so I can sleep?" I said to my stomach, oh uh I was talking to my stomach, never a good sign.

I got up and made my way to the door, not sure where I was going. "To the kitchen!" Oh no I better get some food fast before I start talking to a toilet or something I thought. I made my way to the kitchen and started looking through the cabinets and fridge. "Ah ha" I muttered to myself as I found some cookies. I looked in the fridge and saw the milk. I poured a glass and put the cookies on a plate.

I went to the living room and sat down on the couch and turned on the tv. Their wasn't much on at 2:30 in the morning so I settled for

spongebob. I laughed out loud when Patrick got hit on the head with a coconut.

I started to dip the cookies in the milk, something tasted of. I decided that it must be my taste buds, they were hardly ever used at 2:30 in the morning. I hungrily finishe the cookies than drank the milk. I washed my dishes and set the back in the cabnit. I slowly made my way upstairs, and fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.
