I would just like to let every one know that this is an old story that I wrote about 3 years ago. I just recently found the binder I had them in and decided to put it up for people to read. I thought I did an okay job on it, not compared to my work today. The dream I actually used the idea from a game called Legend of Legia, good game I recomend it. Well before I go on a rant I hope you enjoy this story.

Airis Last Stand

The temple just blew up and Sephiroth has escaped. I blamed myself, if I wasn't there then Cloud could have defeated him. I so helpless, and I will always be like that forever. Cloud blammed himself for what happen and that troubled me alot. It wasn't his fault. It was mine.

I knew I had to take action, but what could I do? That night we set up camp just out side of the ruins. Every one was outside talking about what the next plan was, or should we just go straight to Midgar and talk to the turks and get their help. I was in my tent thinking of a way that I could help, nothing.

I soon fell asleep. My dream that night strange. It was my mother telling ,me to persuit Sephiroth, telling me that this was my chance to become brave.

I awoke, "I will be brave." I told myself.

I left a note for Cloud and grabbed my staff. I followed the trail of Sephiroth. When night fell I made camp for myself, again that night I had a strange dream.It was Cloud and he was crying, I couldn't make out why, behind him was Sephiroth laughing...but why? Cloud what are you doing? Where am I?

I woke myself up. I couldn't understand my dreams, and felt like crying but I didn't, I just kept moving forward. I kept following the trail Sephiroth left behind, and when night fell again I made camp.

This time my dream scared me, i could see myself with my mother, but I didn't know where I was. More and more the dream came to me, I saw myself praying, and Cloud running, but I couldn't make out what happen next. "You can make a differnts." A strong voiced boomed in my head, but what did it mean?

I awoke and left, I didn't want to waste time. I soon found myself in a holy place. I kneeled down and began to pray for my friends.

"Airis!!" I looked up and saw Cloud running. He looked scared. Sephiroth jumped down from the roof. The next thing I knew, I was pierced in the heart. I dropped a material I had and realized what my dreams ment. I was suppose to die, I made that clear at this point.

Cloud sent me gently in the water and I decended to my peace, he now had a reason to fight harder then before, for Cloud I made my last stand. I'm coming mother...
