Don let out a long sigh. He pinched the bridge of his nose and closed his eyes. His detectives could stress him out like nothing else.

The case had been tough, admittedly, but Elliot and Olivia had violated procedure and interrogated a suspect without counsel present, which was now proving to be the biggest danger to their case. They all wanted justice, but Elliot and Olivia really could be too rash at times.

He looked at the spot where his bottle of alcohol used to be. George had made him throw it out, he thought irritatedly. Being in love with a shrink had it's advantages, but just as many disadvantages.

George looked over from where he was perched on Don's desk. "You're stressed."

"I could have told you that!" He huffed sarcastically. George rolled his eyes.

"Lashing out at your shrink/lover gets your stress ball privileges taken away."

"Won't that just make me angrier?" Don pointed out. George looked down at the stress ball he was idly squishing and shrugged.

"Or I could just refuse to have sex with you for a week."

"Like you would be able to do that," Don snorted.

"Try me! Want to find out?" George teased.

"Not especially," Cragen admitted.

"I thought so. Just like with the alcohol." George smirked.

"Speaking of that, can you stop acting like a shrink at home?" Don asked angrily.

"Well, someone has to," George retorted.

"Why do shrinks always need to dominate over people?" Don griped.

"I'm sorry."George said quietly. He stood up and kissed Don gently.

"It's okay. I know that it's because you care. It's just difficult sometimes," Don said against his lips.

Suddenly, the door opened. "Hey Cap... Oh." Elliot trailed off. He looked at the compromising position the two were in. "Right, I'll talk to you later. Yeah." He left without another word.

"Well, I'd say I'm done 'listening to the information you have', Don." George stated. He began to walk out of the room.

"I'll see you later?" Don asked quickly.

"But of course. After all, I need to give you your stress ball back eventually..." He trailed off, holding the stress ball up to accent his point.

"Love you."

"You too," George replied. He threw Don a smile and walked out of the room.
