Our Final Ending
Hi everyone, DisneyAnimefan94 here and welcome to what will probably one of my last few Amourshipping as the Sun and Moon anime series will kick off soon. This is my own ending to the amazing final scene from XY and I hope you all enjoy.

Their journey had come to the end. Ash and his friends were at the airport as Clemont and Bonnie were ready to say goodbye to Ash and Serena. Ash was heading back to Pallet Town while Serena was heading to the Hoenn Region to participate in Pokémon Contests in order to improve her skills as a Pokémon Performer. The first to say goodbye was Serena as she was going down to the lower level of the Lumiose Airport to get to her flight. Serena stepped on to the escalator as she was on her way to her plane as she then turned around.
"Ash, let me share one last moment with you." She said as she walked back up the downward moving stairs as she finally reached Ash. She then leaned in as Clemont, Bonnie, Pikachu and Dedenne were surprised by what she did as Serena then let the escalator take her back down, Ash still shocked. "Thank you!" She shouted out as Ash was still shocked until an image came into his mind. The image was blurry as he saw a feminine figure with light brown hair as he figured out it was his mother alongside a taller masculine figure who had hair similar to his own. He could also hearing a baby cooing as he assumed it was him as he remembered something. When he was still a toddler, before he dad went off on his next journey, he always saw him kissing his mom as he finally realized what Serena was doing, snapping out of his thought.
"Serena!" Ash called out as he ran down the escalator catching Serena's attention.
"Ash?" She said surprisingly as Ash ran catching up to her. "Ash what's wrong?" She asked. As soon as she said that Ash leaned in as she was shocked at his actions as was the rest of their friends.
"Me too." He replied with the very same grin he gave her the very first time they met. Serena still stood their her face still blushing until the final boarding call for her flight was announced.
"Ahh, my flight!" She said snapping back to reality. "I got to get going!" She turned the other way to where they were lining up last minute passengers as she felt Ash taking hold of her arm.
"Serena wait." He said the short haired girl turning back to him. "There's one more thing I want to give you." Ash then let go her arm as he took off his backpack opening it up pulling out the very first hat he wore on his first journey. "I saw you wearing my hat to take my place during a battle, so I want you to have this one." He said showing it to her. "Think of it as a way to remember me and as a good luck charm." He said taking of her pink hat and put his old hat on top of her. "It suites you." Ash then looked over to see the line for the plane Serena was getting on was shortening. "You better get going." He said handing over her hat as Serena nodded.
"Thank you Ash, for everything" She said as she turned to get on her flight. Ash then sighed putting his hands in his pockets as he then felt a piece of fabric as he pulled it out of his right pocket a handkerchief, the same one he gave to Serena as a kid and she gave it back to him when they met again as he smiled.
"You too Serena, you too."
