Due to global warming and rising sea levels in the early 21st century, much of Earth's landmass has been lost. In 2016, fleets of powerful sentient warships, armed with advanced technology and weaponry, mysteriously appear and devastate the world's naval forces. These ships, collectively called 'The Fleet of Fog', impose a worldwide naval and aerial blockade, preventing humanity from both traveling the oceans and to other nations. During the blockade, the Fleet of Fog created Mental Models, humanoid avatars containing a ship's Union core, as a means to develop self cultivation and overcome their lack of creative thinking of tactics like humans, which at the same time made the Mental Models develop their own unique personality.
The date is 15th of may 2017 it's been two years since i lost Grandpa Max to the Fog, and it was the day i found out i was a mental model.
***Flashback***
on the ocean in a small boat.
"Hey Grandpa, why didn't you bring Gwen with us?" Ben asked.
"Because i thought we could use this time to talk about your powers, Ben." Max said concerned.
"Which one? I have two source's of power 1) the Omnitrix, 2) my Union core." Ben asked.
"The Union core, Ben." Max said.
"Oh that one..." Ben said looking down.
"It's been a full year since you got that power, and i think if you're going to have it, you need to train." Max told his grandson.
"Really!" Ben asked happily.
"Sure how about when we get back to Bellwood i'll help you tra-" Max was cut off by a loud ships horn.
"Wha'? what was that?" Ben asked.
"I don't know Ben." Max told him confused.
Ben suddenly stood up with a worried look on his face, Max looked at his as he made his way to the boats cabin.
"Ben are you okay?" Max asked concerned, about Ben.
"There's someone in trouble i can feel it." Ben said as he started the engine.
***** 1 hour later *****
"What's that out there?" Ben asked Max.
"I don't know but we have to find out." Max told Ben.
They pull it out of the water it appears to be a Test dummy of some sort.
*HOOOOT* A loud ships horn catches there attention.
They turn to there left and the sight that greats them isn't a nice one.
*Bang, Crash* The ship that horn belonged to crashed into the boat Max through Ben to the right while he went left.
"NOOOOOOOOOOO GRANDPA!" Ben yelled.
