There was sirens going all around a hospital; someone had set a bomb in
Ward 17.
Terri and Mitch Stevens waited in terror not knowing if their ward would blow and if it did, how would they pay to reconstruct it. Paula Morgan and Charlotte had gone home then it happened the bomb went off.

The CEO thought it really unusual that ward-17 took a patient what no other wards wanted.
