Because of Obito Minato wasn't able to seal the Kyuubi into his son and in the end sealed it into the Third Hokage grandson, Konohamaru.
Because the Third Hokage wanted to protect his grandson the jinchūriki from Konoha's enemies Naruto became 'Fake Jinchūriki' and with his red hair and whisker marks everyone believed the lies, even the Iwa Shinobi who kidnapped Naruto for the Kyuubi and with this Konoha lost the only male Senju in the world and one of the last Uzumaki.
Rules:
1- No characters bashing and No cliches like: civilian council, mobs beating Naruto and Sasuke who wants Naruto's techniques...
2- Naruto as Iwagakure Shinobi. However Naruto must not hate his father or Konoha even after becoming Iwa shinobi like some of Iwa ninjas.
3- Minato is the son of Tsunade and Dan, Tsunade left him at the orphanage to protect him from Konoha's enemies after seeing the death of Dan and Nawaki.
4- The Hiraishin is a Kekkei Genkai that only Tobirama and Minato were able to awakened it in the past, with it they were able to create a special seal with their chakra to teleport to any place they marks.
5- All Asura's reincarnation born with the ability to use the Mokuton Kekkei Genkai.
5- Naruto abilities must be similar to both his father's and Asura's reincarnation, Hashirama (Mokuton, Hiraishin, Fūinjutsu, Sensor and Healing Factor...).
6- Not a naive idiot Naruto, still he must keep some of his canon personality, at least outside of the fights.
7- Kurotsuchi born with both the Yōton and the Jinton.
8- Pairing: Naruto x Kurotsuchi
Optional:
1- Naruto meets Tsunade at some point and she gives him some of Hashirama's and Tobirama's scrolls to help him with the Mokuton and the Hiraishin.
2- Naruto learns under Tsunade for some time and became the Medical-nin of his team.
3- If someone want to make a Harem pairing the females must not be more than five and all of them Naruto's age and a rare ones: Karin, Temari,Samui or RTN!Hinata...
