Smooth skin slid against each other in the early morning rays of the rising sun. The sisters' lips, which were not yet painted with the makeup that each felt the other did not need to be beautiful, met and kissed in the fleeing shadows. Their hands swept over each other's bodies in treasured strokes, their caresses telling the other how cherished they were. Yet the younger one still couldn't forget the previous night.
Piper cupped Prue's lovely face in her hands, her fingers burying into her long, ebony hair as she whispered softly, "We'll always have this, won't we, Prue?" She didn't know which had been more painful: almost losing her to the Demon, or seeing her kiss a man.
Prue covered Piper's hands with her own. "Always," she promised. The rainbow of her sister's smile chased away Piper's remaining fears. They greeted the new day with the most beautiful love making they had ever known, sex so wonderful it made them want to smoke and almost brought Piper to tears, the celebration of their love that would never die and see them through all the tomorrows and the "what if"s with its beauty which outshone even the sun itself.
