A/N: I'M BACK! I do not own Puella Magi Madoka Magica or the Bayonetta game series! Enjoy and leave reviews to let me know if you liked it or to tell me where to improve!

A violet eyed girl made elegant flips that would've made gymnasts appear to be novices to avoid being hit. Unfortunately, an older woman happened to be much more experienced. Stopping time and having an unlimited supply of firearms was one thing, but it was a whole other thing to be able to summon witches. Not to mention that the woman was capable of manipulating time as well.

"Who are you!?" the girl demanded, landing on her knees ready to jump out of harms way in any direction.

"I'm sorry, did you say something little girl?" the shorter haired woman adjusted her glasses with the barrel of one of her guns.

"Do not play with me, I won't hesitate to use my power," the younger fighter reached slowly into the shield on her arm, purposely slowing down the turning of the gears.

"My my. Did no one teach you any manners? Or shall I give you your first lesson, girl?" A light flashed in the mysterious character's left eye. Time froze.

"I, Akemi Homura, will not let anyone get in my way," Homura aimed her gun at the woman's chest. When time started up again, instead of hitting a person, a jumble of bats fluttered to a safe distance. Four bullets. Two by her head. Two at her feet. The attack appeared to have come from nowhere.

"Cheeky~ Trying to catch me off guard? Quite a clever tactic," a red light flashed in the woman's left eye again.

"But now it's time for the best part." The magical girl backed up.

Not that it would've made a difference.

The fight was most likely over before it even began.

Who was she to fight a fully matured magical girl?

Even if she turned back the clock, it was now a full possibility that the woman would find her Madoka and Walpurgisnacht were her priorities.

Time stopped again.

This time, it didn't flow forwards.

It raced backwards.

Away from an unknown factor.

Away from someone who could've matched or even beat her. Next time, she wouldn't be caught of guard. She'd win. NOBODY gets in the way of fulfilling a magical girl's wish.

Especially if that someone has been given the position of guardian to a pink haired girl who's potential witch could break the world.

So this is what happens when I listen to a bunch of music from these two series in the span of two days. I don't know if I should continue this though. I'd love to, but I'll leave it up to you readers. Yes Homura is COMPLETELY WRONG about the nature of magic which her opponent uses. I hope you enjoy reading this and that you give me good advice on how to improve my writing! -CW1432

EDIT: ^_^ yeah. I took out that one line in this part. It was dumb considering I made it pretty obvious who Mystery Umbra is and to a reviewer named Orion, yeah, I'll do my best to proofread and to do my research. I'm rusty with the madoka series so I'll try rewatching it for the sake of this story. If characters seem OOC please refer me to a wiki or what you guys know about them. Thanks!
