(Silver) Percy Weasley: (b. 22 August, 1976) was a pure-blood wizard, the third child of Arthur and Molly Weasley (née Prewett). He was the younger brother of Bill and Charlie and the older brother of Ron, Ginny, George Weasley, and the late Fred Weasley.
Challenge: Write about Percy Weasley

Percy Weasley was the third oldest child out of seven children. After his two older brothers moved away for their chosen careers all of his mother's expectations fell onto him. While he loved his mother he didn't want to do what she wanted him to do. Yes, he loved studying and learning, but that didn't mean that he was destined for the Ministry of Magic. He really had his heart set on being a lawyer. He wanted to be able to help people that needed it.
With that thought in his mind he talked to his two older brothers and father. He came away from that talk with the decision of doing what he wanted to do and not what his mother wanted him to do. He couldn't live his life for anyone else other than himself because if he did then he wouldn't be happy. He also talked to his Head of House and figured out what he needed to take in order to be able to become a lawyer and buckled down in all of his subjects. Yes, he was going to do his best because that is what he always did.
He was happier now than he had ever been since he decided to do what he wanted. He had been resigned to doing what his mother wanted him to do, but now he felt liberated. He no longer felt like he had to please everyone. He no longer felt that he had to always be the one that had the answers. He felt freer than he had ever felt before and that wasn't a feeling that he wanted to lose ever again.
