It was a pleasant Sunday morning in duo's home. Abhijeet was reading his newspaper without having any disturbance from Daya's side. Well, maybe that was because Daya seemed in deep thoughts
Suddenly Abhijeet asked Daya a question " Daya, Gay relationship pe tumhare kya vichar hai?"
Daya looked at Abhijeet a bit startled, clearing his throat a bit , " Kya?"
Abhijeet furrowed his eyebrows but explained, " Are voh jo naya law banaya gaya hai na, uspe tumhare kya vichar hai?"
Daya let out a sigh of relief, " Acha vo.. mujhe laga ki.."
"Haan haan pata hai tumhe kya laga. Aur yeh bhi pata chala ki Innocent Daya is no more innocent.", Abhijeet spoke laughing at an embarrassed Daya.
Though their Sunday was meant to be ruined when Abhijeet's phone rang, flashing 'CID BUREAU'..
"Ek hi din mein teem khoon?", Freddy whispered with sadness in his eyes.
"Vo bhi itni berehmi se." Daya spoke angrily. "Sir mai bataraha hun, yeh khooni zarur sar phira hai. Kyun Boss?"
"Mujhe nahi lagta", Abhijeet whispered looking at the white board having the crime scene's pictures hanging on. ACP sir added, "Mujhe bhi nahi lagta!"
Rajat asked having confusion in his eyes, "Kya nahi lagta sir?"
Abhijeet sighed, " Ki yeh sar phira hai Rajat."
Pankaj looked up at him, "Aur aapko aisa kyun nahi lagta?". Before Abhijeet could say anything, ACP sir spoke, "Pankaj, jaise yeh murders plan kiye gae hai usse toh nahi lagta ki khooni sar phira hai. Aur laashein mili bhi toh hospital mein hai."
"Haan, aur jiss din sare khoon hue, uss din ki CCTV footage gayab hai. Hume yeh toh malum hai ki khooni andar ka hi koi aadmi hai par na koi clue, na kuch aur. Ab toh Salunkhe sahab ka hi sahara hai."Abhijeet spoke, blurting out the last words.
FORENSIC LAB
"Boss, khooni ne victims pe scissors se humla kiya hai. Pehle yeh Raghu, fir yeh Geeta aur uske baad askhir mein yeh Frahan. Yeh log kuch kar bhi nahi pae kyunki uss waqt inko behoshi ki dawai di gai thi."Salunkhe sir explained.
"Behoshi ki dawai toh nurse ne hi di thi Salunkhe. Inke dawaiyon ke timetable hai humare paas."ACP sir said.
"Sir shayad yeh khooni koi doctor ho."Daya spoke.
"Ho sakta hai Daya "Salunkhe sir interrupted. "Jee?"Daya asked confused.
"Maine kaha yeh doctor hi hai. Maine inn ghavon ko examine kiya hai aur jitne accurate hai yeh, mujhe lagta hai ki yeh kisi doctor ya serial killer ka kaam hai."
Suddenly ACP sir's phone rang flashing 'Abhijeet'. He attended it after sharing a quick look with Daya who also looked confused after reading his buddy's name on the mobile screen.
"Haan Abhijeet bolo. Kuch mila hai kya?", ACP sir asked. "Kya? Kyun?" All the members in the Forensic Lab looked at ACP sir who was grumbling under his teeth. "Theek hai. Unse kaho hum aa rahe hai."
"Kya hua sir?", Daya asked as soon as ACP sir ended the call.
"Ek aur nai musibat." ACP sir looked at Daya who was standing there in confusion. "DCP CHITROLE!"
CID BUREAU
All the officers were engrossed in their work, trying to solve the newly reported case. Abhijeet came inside the Bureau after talking over his phone. He called Rajat and Pankaj after coming inside, asking "Rajat, Pankaj, jo nurses inn victims ko attend kar rahe the unke uppar nazar rakhi hui hai na?"
"Jee sir!", Both answered at the same time. "Aur unke doctors par?" Abhijeet inquired on which Rajat answered, "Sir unpar bhi nazar rakhi hui hai."
"Kuch pata chala ab tak?" But both shook their heads negatively while looking down. Abhijeet ordered, "Theek hai ek kaam karo. Inn victims ki history ke saath saath, hospital ki aur unn doctors ki history bhi nikalo. Apne saath Purvi, Kavin aur Dushyant ko bhi leke jao."
"Sir!", they went away while Abhijeet heard.
"Kyun bhai Abhijeet, kaha reh gae tumhare ACP sir?"Abhijeet looked at the source of voice clearly irritated. God! why is this man even here? Or should I say why is he even living? Abhijeet thought jerking his head.
"Sir maine call kiya tha. Aate hi honge."
"Hmm. Asha hai ki jaldi aae varna kahi tum.."
His cursing got over when ACP and Daya finally entered the bureau making Abhijeet took a sigh of relief.
"Aaj aapke darshan yahan kaise sir?"ACP sir asked teasingly.
"Bas tumhare do sheron keliye ek surprise hai. Socha pehle tumhe bata du." DCP spoke with a smirk
