A oneshot! It's cute! I don't own anybody! Enjoy it!

There's the rain. It's falling outside my window. It's dark and I'm alone. My parents, Cloud and Aerith, are gone for the long weekend. My brother, Sora, is with his boyfriend and other friends. I'm here in a big, old house by myself, and the rain became a storm. I hate storms.

I reached over to the table next to my bed and grabbed my phone. I quickly dialed one number. Putting the phone to my ear, I listened for a response.

"Hello?" A voice asked.

"Axel?" I asked.

"Do you know what time it is? No, you don't. Would you like me to tell you? It's 1:17 in the morning!"

I sniffed a little. "I woke you..."

"Yes, but I'm sorry for the outburst," He said.

"Sorry."

"What do you need?"

"I'm alone here and-" He cut me off.

"I know how you get about storms," He sighed.

"Can you please, please, please come over?" I begged him.

"Yes. Anything, Roxas."

"I'll see you later."

I hung up and patiently waited.

Axel was my best friend in the whole world. Hayner, Pence, and Ollette left me for Seifer. Axel stayed by me. We did everything together. He was the PB to my J, the fiery redhead. I knew he wanted to be more though.

I heard the door open downstairs and the stairs creak. My bedroom door opened and in the doorway, a wetted redhead who's spiky hair stayed in place. He was in a skin-tight, green shirt and brown jacket with light blue jeans. He was wearing a smile as well. My face lit up when I saw him.

"Hey," I said, slumping back into bed.

He walked over to the other side of my bed. "Hey." He hung his coat on the back of my desk chair and sat on the edge.

"Can I ask for something?"

His eyes lit up. His brilliant, emerald eyes. "Yes," He answered with intrigue.

"Could you make me some warm milk...?"

Axel gave me a blank stare.

"Yes."

He left and returned in a matter of minutes. He held his hand out and I accepted the glass, sitting it on the table. I motioned for him to sit next to me. He was happy to, by the look on his face. Axel slid under my comforter and sat up against the pillows. He smiled. I returned it.

"Will you sing me to sleep?"

He looked very surpised. "I guess."

He sang me a generic lullaby and my eyelids were slowly drooping. I wrapped my arms around him. He smelled of sugar. Sugar and cinnamon. I finally decided to let something free.

"Axel... I love you," I yawned.

"I love you." He kissed my forehead and I drifted to sleep. I was blanketed with his radiating warmth, and just seconds later, he was sound asleep as well.

I woke up in the morning to him watching me.

"Roxas... the weatherman said that there's another storm tonight."

He kissed me and he enveloped me in a hug.
