Ohkay so this is a little fan fic i wrote based off Black Butler/Kuroshitsuji episode 17's bath scene. It got stuck in my head for a while so I finally wrote it down. I have directly quoted the first part of the scene from the english dub (don't sue me plz, characters are NOT mine!) but I've added a little of my own (not quotes, just actions and such) but my legit writing starts after the bold. Please enjoy!

"Weren't you getting a little carried away today?"
"No," replied Sebastian, "I just want to handle things smoothly."
"Oh?"
Sebastian continued scrubbing his young master's back with his cloth. "My lord, I have no intention of allowing you to get yourself in danger."
Ciel looked back at his loyal butler. "I never thought I'd hear you say that, Sebastian." He knew this was only because Sebastian didn't want his soul ruined or destroyed before the contract was completed, but he wished deep down it wasn't just that.
"Quite so," Sebastian responded, "But even if the doomsday books are fakes… I still believe they hold some sort of power."
He stopped scrubbing. Ciel could nearly hear Sebastian's mind at work, him furiously trying to decipher what they could be.
"Unclean, he said," said Ciel, frowning as he remembered, "That's what the doll called me. And there's this… this mark." Ciel lifted his arm so that the dark, blood red burn could be seen. "It's all I have left to cling to now. The only thread the spider has left me to grab on to. It's my only clue."
"And by grabbing hold of that thread, you'll be able to drag yourself out of hell. Is that what you truly believe at this point?"
Ciel dropped his arm back and stared into the clouded bath water. "I'm not pulling myself out, I'm dragging them down to suffer in this awful hell with me. Well that's my plan anyway."
The butler smiled.
"I would expect nothing less of you."
Ciel frowned his usually frown as he glanced back at Sebastian from the corner of his eye. "There's only one thing I want to hear from you now, do you know it?"
Sebastian leaned forward bowing and closed his eyes.
"Indeed, yes, my young lord."
He leaned forward more, opening his eyes and reaching over Ciel's shoulders and crossing his own gloved hands over his young master's chest.
"That you needn't worry about anything because I'll always be here. Because there's something more than just my want of your soul. Because I don't just want your soul, I want you."
Ciel tensed, wide-eyed, but Sebastian ignored it and continued.
"Because I want you, soul, body, mind… and heart. Because I love you. Because you make me feel as though I actually have a heart myself. It's not lust, it's love, pure, honest, beautiful love."
"S-Sebastian!" Ciel turned to face him and was stopped by an abrupt kiss on the lips. His eyes grew wide as Sebastian drew back and unlaced the string of Ciel's eyepatch, pulling it off.
Quietly Ciel turned back around and stared into the bath water once more.
"R-really," Ciel inquired, fearing horribly that this was some sort of joke.
"Really," Sebastian confirmed, crossing his arms over Ciel's chest once more and putting his head on the boy's shoulder.
Ciel lifted Sebastian's left hand off his chest and slowly pulled off the white glove. He stared at the mark on his hand and kissed it gently. "Always…" he murmured.
Sebastian gently turned the boy around and kissed him between the eyes. Holding Ciel's face in his hands, he leaned his forehead against his young lord's.
"Always," he promised.
At this Ciel began to weep. To be truly loved. This was all he needed. The reassurance of his loved one. He knew as long as he had Sebastian, he would be all right.
Seeing his tears, Sebastian pulled the boy close against his chest in a warm embrace.
"Always."
