Yuuri had never had any problem with social media, in fact he quite liked it and had several social media accounts. His positive feelings on that soon changed. This fic centres around social media, unfortunately my knowledge of that subject is limited. I hope that doesn't make too big of a negative impact on the story and I apologise if it does. Enjoy.

Yuuri had been asleep when Minako slammed open his door.

"What the hell Yuuri! How could you start planning your wedding without me, and why didn't you tell me you and Viktor were engaged?!" Yuuri stared at her in shock as he sat in bed, hand on his heart, trying to control his breathing.

"…what?" Yuuri asked after a moment of confused silence. Minako huffed and rolled her eyes at the obvious cluelessness of the skater.

"Check your phone" she said more calmly as she leaned against his doorway, pacified by Yuuri's bewilderment. Yuuri frowned at her in wary confusion but put on his glasses and picked up his phone anyway. He pressed the home button and was shocked.

"So many notifications" he murmured quietly to himself as he unlocked his phone and opened the first link. It was a post from Phichit that Yuuri and Viktor had been tagged in.

A photo of wedding rings in a shop window and the caption "When you and Viktor get married will you be Katsuki Yuuri Nikiforov or something different #YuuriKatsuki #ViktorNikiforov #wedding #marriage"

"WHAT?!" Yuri screamed so violently it knocked his glasses askew, he trembled as he read the comments before finding one from Viktor.

"Sounds good to me. I was thinking of going with Viktor Katsuki Nikiforov, it flows better than Nikiforov Katsuki don't you think?" Yuuri paled and slumped to the side.

"I'm going to go back to sleep now, good night" he muttered shakily as Minako rolled her eyes and took his phone, scrolling down his news feed to show him the next photo.

Viktor had posted a photo of Yuuri in a suit at a conference "He's not wearing that to our wedding, I've already burnt the tie, the suit is next #YuuriKatsuki #wedding #suit"

"Between Viktor, Phichit, the other skaters and your fans they have your wedding almost completely planned out" she said dryly as she continued scrolling down, showing photo after photo of churches, winter weddings, flower arrangements, venue halls, cakes, decorations and every other wedding related thing people could think of, all with the hashtags #ViktorNikiforov, #YuuriKatsuki and #wedding.

At some point Minako must have handed him the phone and left because he was lightheaded and scrolling through his phone himself by the time he got to another of Viktors posts, this time it was a photo of Yuuri sprawled out on the dining room floor, half under a table and fast asleep, Yuuri took a moment to wonder when it was taken before reading the caption "looks like all the wedding talk has finally given Yuuri a heart attack, I shouldn't tease him but he's so cute when he's flustered #YuuriKatsuki #cute"

Bright red and on the verge of hyperventilating Yuuri scrolled down once more to see another photo from Viktor of Yuuri looking away from the camera with a small smile, blushing "#YuuriKatsuki #cute #flustered #blush #adorable #mine #ViktorNikiforov" Yuuri stopped breathing and his world went black…

"I'm so sorry Yuuri" said Nishigori over the phone as Yuuko scolded the triplets for using her YouTube account without permission in the background "I don't even know how they got the video of you reading the stuff about the wedding" Yuuri slowly ended the call with a numb look of shock as Viktor sat next to him, rubbing his back and trying to look serious instead of ecstatic. He had been watching the video on repeat since it was posted and had only stopped to comfort Yuuri. Viktor continued to rub his back as he stealthily took out his phone and took a photo, Viktor would post it online later, but for now, Viktor slid his arms around his skater with a soft smile, for now Yuuri needed him, and Viktor was happy to comply.
