He looked at the crying girl in his arms. What had the damn rat done now? Or was is it Shigure this time? Whoever it was Kyo was going to kill them. He stroked Tohru's hair. Tohru cryed harder, and pulled him closer. What was wrong with her? But he waited it out. She was so light in his arms, she flet as delecate as a flower. Has his hand ran down her hair, he noticed it was softer then he remembered. It felt like silk. His hand lightly traced the side of her face. It felt so smooth. Tohru was being careful not to wrap her arms around him. Kyo curced mentally . he hated being a member of the zodiac. Her crying was slowly turning from sobs,to little wimpers. Kyo decided to ask what was wrong.
"What happened?" Kyo asked in low voice. Tohru pulled herself away from him. She imately regretted this. Kyo's warmth was intoxicateing.
"Shigure touched my butt." She whispered, and shut her eyes tight, not wanting to see Kyo's reaction. When Kyo didn't move, Tohru peeked, Kyo was smileing. Smileing. Tohru opeaned her eyes and looked at the cat. There eyes seemed to be bonding them. Nether one of them could look away. Kyo couldn't hold back anymore. He slowly inched his way forward. Tohru closed her eyes, and anticipated what was going to happon.
"BAKA CAT? TOHRU ?" Shigure yelled. Tohru oppeaned her eyes, to see Kyo Backing away and untangleing him self from her. Tohru was so disappointed. She wanted his kiss. Kyo walked to the edge of the roof.
"Comeing?" kyo said and looked at her. Tohru got up and walked over to him. He climbed down, then he helped her down. They walked inside. Shigure wanted to know where his "little Flower" had gone. Kyo smacked him and found his way up to the roof. Tohru started with dinner. When she was done, Shigure and Yuki were excitedly waiting.
"this meal looks wonderful, my little flower." Shigure said. Tohru looked around.
"wheres Kyo?" She asked.
"On the Roof. Let him be." Yuki said. Tohru ate the meal without complaint. She and Yuki cleaned up the dished somewhat delayed by the fact that they had a mini splashing fight, and she got into a blue spaghetti strap night gown that hit mid-thiegh,and showed more cheast then she actually had she climbed into bed. For twenty –minites she fought for sleep. She gave up and went outside. She climbed up the ladder to the roof. Kyo was laying on his back , stareing into the stars.
"Kyo?" Tohru whispered quietly. Kyo sat up and smiled.
"Kyo, can I sit like I was before?" Tohru asked. Kyo nodded and when she sat in between his legs, he wrapped his arms around her body. They sat like that for awile. Kyo found tohrus hand and held it with his own. Her hair smells like strawberrys, he thought, smileing to himself.
"Kyo? Do you like me?" Tohru asked shyly. Kyo turned her head so she was faceing him. He leaned down and kissed her. The moonlight shined on the top of there heads, the stars seemed brighter, the wind seemed to stop blowing. It seemed like the whole world had stoped. Just for them.
