Hi, I'm Mizuno Ami. I'm 23 and an intern at Juban Hospital. Whether they know me as Sailor Mercury, Princess Mercury, or just as Ami, all of my friends say I've matured. I've pretty much conquered all my fears, except…. (shudder)….love letters!!

Serenity looked at Ami's bump-covered face. "More letters?"
Ami sighed and scratched a bump on her neck. "Afraid so. And they're getting worse." She pulled a packet of letters from her labcoat and tossed them to the Queen. The other Inner Guardians crowded around the throne and picked letters to read.
"Well, he was certainly descriptive," Mako said, blushing after reading a steamy one.
Rei snorted as she read a group of notes written by the same person. "Just like a man to want something they can't have."
Minako shrieked and looked at Ami shocked. "Did a girl write this?!?!?!"
Ami's eye twitched. "She interns at Juban with me."
"You should just get a boyfriend; maybe the letters will stop," Minako suggested.
Ami shook her head. "I refuse to let these get to me, and a guy will only distract me from my dream…."
"Here we go…." Serenity muttered.
"She always does this…." Rei said.
"….study, study, study is the only thing I have room for in my life right now. Graduate top of my class, open my own hospital, that's my goal! I have less than no time to search for a boyfriend!"
"You don't have to. You know, Malachite told me that Zoisite was single…." Mako hinted.
"And now you're trying to dump me on feminine-looking Zoisite?! I refuse to be shacked up with someone I only know by association! I can't believe you people! I'm outta here!" Ami stomped out of the throneroom while the others looked on in astonishment.

Across town, in a pool hall, a similar scene is taking place…
"You want me to date WHO?!?!?!"
"Oh, come on, Zoe," Nephlite said, "Mako is forever going on about what a sweetheart Ami is."
"She's super hot," Jadeite added.
"With a killer personality," Kunzite put in.
"She's a pocket protector wearing, program designing, computer-loving BOOKWORM!" Zoisite screamed.
"You've only seen her once, when she was fourteen. She's probably nicely stacked by now," Jadeite snickered.
Endymion rolled his eyes. "Come on, guys, let him make his own decision about who he wants to date."
"Thank you, Endy," Zoisite said.
"Although," Endymion started, "It does seem awfully convenient…."
Zoisite groaned. "Et tu, man?!" He grabbed his coat and walked out. "Later."
Endymion rolled his eyes again. "Anyone for nine-ball?"

Ami was walking toward her apartment, when she bumped into someone. "Hey, watch it…. Oh."
Zoisite grinned sheepishly. "Hey, Ami."
Ami smiled and kissed him on the cheek. "The boys giving you trouble again?"
"Just as much as those girlfriends of yours are dishing out," Zoisite replied.
Ami giggled. "Do you think we should tell them about us?"
"….Nah, let them have their fun."
"You know what I think is fun?" Ami asked seductively.
"I think I do…." Zoisite said.
"Studying! Let's go!" Ami said, pulling Zoisite up the stairs to her apartment.
"Wha…. Aw, come on, Ames!"
