Cris was 10 and just got her poke`dex,six poke`balls and a Charmader. tomorrow she would start her journey. the next day she was up early, so were her parents. they were in the kitchen waiting for her. when she got to the kitchen they said"You'll need money for food and poke`balls." they gave her 100 dollars. she thanked both of the and gave them a hug before getting breakfast. She went back to her room got dressed and packed. then she looked out her window and saw her friend ,jessica, waiting for her she opened the window and said" I'll be down in a sec." she shut her window grabbed the poke`balls and poke`dex and shoved them in her pocket she said good bye to her parents and ran out the door and caught up with jessica. Cris asked jessica what poke`mon she had gotten. jessica replied "I don't know. I took a poke`ball at random and i got home late so I didn't open it"."Well open it,"said Cris. Jessica opened it and fond that it was a squritle. Jessica asked, "what did you get Cris". Cris replied"I got charmander". "Cool, " said jessica. The two kept walking until they reached the edge of the tall grass. it was kind of cold so Cris took out charmander and had him light a small fire. Then she took out a small pack of marshmallows and asked jessica to join her. As they toasted their marshmallows they talked about what poke`mon they wanted to catch. "I want to catch a pidgey, a nidoran male, a spearow and a bulbasaur,"Cris said. " yeah, I want those too, but I want a charmander instead of a bulbasaur,"said Jessica. They put out the fire and set off again. They saw a clearing they decided to set up camp there. They took out their food, had charmander make a fire for cooking. After dinner the set up the tent and unrolled their sleeping bags. Then they went to sleep……
