10 trainers participate in tournament which is only available to trainers every 100 years and who ever wins the tournament becomes world champion

Pokémon=World Tournament round 1 ash vs misty

One day 10 trainers gathered in a place where a special tournament only takes place every 100 years these trainers are Ash Ketchum and his Pikachu, Misty and her gyarados, Brock and his steelix, Alexa and her Noivern, Ritchie and his sparky, prof oak and his dragonite, Gary oak and his umbreon, cilan and his crustle, Serena and her Delphox and Clemont with his diggersby they all went inside registered and got ready for the first round of the tournament when the big screen came and someone said "hello and welcome you 10 lucky trainers the first round trainers battling each other are Ash Ketchum and misty" and misty said "good luck Ash" and Ash said "you too misty" so they entered the stage and the announcer said "challengers please send out the Pokémon you are using for this tournament" and Ash said "Pikachu you're up" and misty aid "gyarados I choose you" and the announcer said "misty gets the first move battle begin" and misty said "ok gyarados start off with flamethrower" and Ash said "Pikachu use quick attack to doge it then iron tail and aim for gyarados' back" and misty said "gyarados turn around and use twister then use flamethrower again" so gyarados did sending Pikachu flying into a wall and then Ash said " Pikachu get up and use electro ball and then hit it with iron tail" so he did hitting gyarados sending him to the ground and the Ash said "ok Pikachu lets finish this with thunderbolt" and misty said "gyarados use surf" so they did but the thunderbolt still hit gyarados but with more power because of the surf and then Ash said "ok Pikachu use quick attack and when you get right next to gyarados use electro ball" so he did and hit gyarados and misty said "gyarados use twister" but gyarados could not move and then Ash said "hah gyarados is paralyzed ok Pikachu finish this with iron tail" and Misty said "gyarados wrap your tail around Pikachu's then use hyper beam" and Ash said "Pikachu thunderbolt" so they did creating a big explosion and covering the whole crowd with smoke.
