Castle sits at the kitchen table taking in his new surroundings, he's been here before but never for this reason, he smiles thinking back to last night and what happened, suddenly he feels arms slide around his neck and hands rest on his chest, he feels hot air against his neck he closes his eyes and smiles as he feels slow hot kisses on his neck
"I could get use to waking up to this every morning detective"
he gives her a cheeky grin
"you know your lucky im not insecure castle waking up and rolling over and seeing an empty bed I thought you had done the early walk of shame before I woke"
beckett teased castle like always
castle leaned his head back looking at beckett and placed his hand on his heart
"you wound me detective thinking that I would do such a thing I am always a gentleman"
kate slide her hand inside castles shirt and rested it against his warm chest, it made him jump a little as he felt her cold hand on his skin, bringing memories back of last night, of finally fulfilling the longing of getting to proper kiss this woman he had longed after for so long, she leaned her lips close to him as to if to kiss him but stops right against his lips
"you really want to me ruin the image of playboy Richard castle"
kate smirked and tapped his face playfully and walked over to make coffee
castle watched beckett walk to her kitchen wearing his shirt and nothing else he had never seen anything so beautiful in his life
"that was cruel beckett getting a guys hopes for a good morning kiss only to let him down"
kate laughed looking at him
"Castle you want coffee?"
she didn't get an answer
"castle? Castle?"
castle jumped as his felt someone slap his arm, castle woke to see kate stiring at him sitting in the ballpen
"castle you want coffee or would you like to go back to your day dreaming?"
castle just looked at kate for a few seconds realising that it had all been a day dream but he knew that one day, one day he would get to hold this amazing woman in his arms and show her how he really felt
"erm sure coffee would be great… for now"
castle just winked at beckett as she headed to the break room
