I am the first to admit that my Chelsie drabbles/oneshots tend to be little... experimental. This started off as an exercise in sentence structure.
Once Love Existed
Once upon a time
Alice left him in wonderland.
And now he can not believe that
A fool fell in love, he became weak at the knees
When she kissed him
a long time ago and
he gave her his heart for safekeeping.
He realizes
there is no happy ending in real life.
And he will never believe
that there is true love on earth.
Because he knows
he will never love another.
There are times when he thinks
about the housekeeper.
He dreams every night
But it is just a fantasy
To love her and be loved by her...
Fantasy
is a hiding place from
Reality
There are rules in their line of work.
He is the butler; she is the housekeeper.
It would never work.
Even if
Love existed.
(Now read it from bottom to top.)
