The Kahn family was one of the most richest families in Rosewood. Eleanor and James had two boys: Eric and Noel. When they found out that they were having another child, both parents were excited yet anxious. One of the brothers were happy that he was going to have another sibling and that was eight-year-old Noel. Eric was twelve and he, on the other hand, didn't take it very well. On March 2, 2000, Eleanor was in labor. Both brothers were in the waiting room very amused and anxious to meet their new brother or sister. James came out of the room.
"Boys, come in. There is someone we'd like you two meet." The boys went to the room and saw their mom holding their new sibling.
"I'd like you to meet your baby sister." Noel looked at his new sister in admiration.
"Noel, would you like to hold her?" Eleanor asked him.
"Uh…what if I drop her?" the eight-year-old boy asked.
"You won't." James said. Noel held his baby sister but Eric just stood there not wanting to do anything with his newborn sister.
"What is her name?" Noel asked.
"Rosie." Eleanor asked.
"I like that." Noel said. "I'll watch over her."
"Eric, do you wanna hold her?" James asked the oldest boy.
"Fine." Eric said sighing. Eric held Rosie and he looked at her.
"Well, what do you think?" James asked.
"She's alright...for a girl anyways." Eric said.
