Love Like Winter

This is another random poem written by me for no apparent reason. It never says who it is in the poem but like the dork I am I was envisioning Kagome and a human InuYasha. So, you can apply it to them or not.

Love Like Winter

Memories lost in moonlight.

Bright azure eyes meet lavender orbs,

Like the first moment she knew.

Fragile hearts, hidden from view.

A freezing wind catches frozen tears

That shatter like dreams of the coming years.

Rose red blood stains the satin snow.

She says a prayer for her Romeo.

Love like winter--

Doomed to melt in the inevitable spring.

Kisses all the sweeter,

For an end must come to everything.
