An odd way to make friends scars are caused by the bringing together of that that was torn apart. the boys in this story are brought together just as the scars that bind them. set after pirnce caspian their scars were the one part of narnia that they caried with them england. they did not faid and were a cumlitive story of their lives. edmund had a perticularry bad mark where he was hit by jadis' wand the scar was blue and would some time throb with a cold pain. peter had some very nasty riased pink scars on his back from being steped on with a spiked giant's boot. even lucy was not imune she had a nasty scar in her stoumich from a takhan's sord - she was rushing to help wonded soldiers and did not realize that one of the enemy was still afot. susan had the least scars seing as she had often forgone battel she had only a few small scars from archery practice mistakes. peter, edmond and lucy of course had more scars yet these are just the ones that made people stop and look; if they caught a glimpse of them that was. they kept themselves covered amoung others while in england so as not to raise unwated questions. this tendicy to stay covered was being discused by some of peter and edmund's peers. they had a lake by their school and it was comon for the boys to swim in it when the weatehr allowed. they all took their shirts off except for the pevency boys. "wonder what they be hideing" remarked one trouble maker. "we may be able to findout" said another consperitotorially. thus the boys stated to plot to see what their companions were hideing. the boys cornered the pevency brothers the next day. peter and edmond were not expecting the atack and were caught unaware. the vilionus boys closed arround the kings in a tight circle. "think your to good to show your chests what are you hideing we know you have muscles we share a gym class are you two horably disfigured or somthing?" they jeered. peter and edmund looked at one another and realized they would not beable to resinably fight their way out from this guaking crowd with out swords and relaized tat discression was often seen as the better part of valor. peter said: "we are not disfigured insted our life stories are showen on our skin we hide not because we are ashamed but because you would not understand. not having lived as we have." the high king in him often came out when he was in stressful happenings. "we know enough," said the ringleader of the others, "you've only lived as much as we have if you have somthing to hide-" at this point peter and edmund were feed up. "we have nothing to hide" edmund declared indignitly. "then show us what you are hideing" the other boys insisted. "Fine." said peter. "Edmund we'll show them together." they both pulled their shirts off showcaseing their marked musclar torsos to the other boys. the boys were shocked. "what happed?" one asked. edmund looked at peter and asked: "Should we tell them the truth? it seems disrespectful to lie and we are kings." "Fine." said peter, "but you tell them i was never as good at story telling as you." so edmund told the enraptured boys about the finding of a country, the wining of not just a war but the deep magic, the many feasts, festables, wars and turniments that occured int he folowing years, of returning and readjusting just to be wisked off again to the same country as before yet thosands of years in the future, and of reestablishing a true narnian ruler for the heart of narnia. the boys who had chalnged them ended up listening with rapt atention they felt they could almost see the events and when edmund finished they heard a lion roar. from then on the boys often asked to hear about narnia and when they feel in to the golden age of narnia they were able to have many an aventure, yet i feer that that is a different story entirelly.
