The Eighteen Romances
On a Friday night, a young girl with chocolate irises and brown ringlets sat in a wooden chair, her back hunched. She sat in a much disorganized room, filled with pictures of a young couple, the boy had black hair and amber eyes, while the girl had reddish-brown hair and jade irises, and both looked about fourteen.
The brunette was scribbling furiously on a sheet of paper. Almost finished with what she wrote, she grinned, showing her pearly whites. She looked up at one of the portraits of the redhead and the black haired boy, her smile widened. However her moment of happiness ended when her yellow Mongol # 2 pencil broke. She muttered profanities, grabbed her magenta pencil sharpener and did what the aforementioned object name stands for. When her pencil was in tiptop shape she re-read what she previously had been occupied with.

With a satisfied smirk, she took the piece of paper and marched to her friend's house.
And who said I couldn't list ten reasons why that Kabra boy has a crush Amy, she thought smugly.
She had even added eight more to the list. Her smirk widened when she thought of the things she could write if and when her friend would say that Natalie/Dan is impossible. If (and when) that were to happen, she would make sure to reach one hundred reasons.
That would show her not to doubt the power of love… she thought, feeling that the statement was corny, she added, and fan girls, most especially fan girls.
